The property was really good and an ideal location, most of the best spots were owned by the hotel that made the experience a lot better.

An excellent place to stay and rest in Cala D'Or

I went on my honeymoon and the resort was amazing. Great food with variety, walking distance from the shops, and easy access to beaches. The staff cleaned the rooms extremely well and welcome us with a complimentary bottle of champagne.

Simply stunning hotel and perfect in every way. The suite was beautiful and worth every pound. Would highly recommend

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean and pretty. The rooms are a nice size and bed was very comfortable. The pool and bar area and beautiful. The restaurant is very nice. Service overall very good. Asked for a few things one we never received the other took a long time. The one downside is the food. The breakfast was good. The dinner was horrible. The food was tasteless and not good quality. They need to stop the included dinner buffet and put in a nice restaurant. I would rather pay for my dinner than have an all inclusive bad meal in a beautiful hotel. PLEASE WORK ON THE FOOD

Very nice staff at reception and very helpful. The amenities are really nice. The breakfast and dinner surprised me how good it was considering it was buffet. The room was super nice and comfy. I would 100% recommend this hotel

Spotlessly clean, modern, stylish hotel. Loved that there were three pools. It wasn’t too difficult to find a sunbed. The breakfast was a bit chaotic but not much could be done about that - it’s a popular hotel so bound to be busy. We didn’t try the dinner so cannot comment on this. Staff were lovely.

Beautiful area. Rooms are a little small. I paid for upgraded room and really no room for two luggages. Closet very small. Not enough room for both of our clothes to be hung. Beautiful balcony view.

Mario was amazing with booking cabs helping us figure out everything on our trip we absolutely loved the facility and the people here. Highly recommended

Service was rushed and sometimes rude. Food at buffet and dinner was very poor quality. Only positive was the access to the beach club which actually isn’t big enough for the hotel size

The beach was great. The breakfast was decent. Other than that the staff was not very friendly. We had ants in our room. The AC did not work properly. The sheets had a stain on them. The TV and Phone did also not work

The location and spa were excellent. The whole beach situation is annoying to deal with if you’re wanting a relaxing vacation. The beach itself is extremely crowded (the property doesn’t have loungers on the beach) and the pool that overlooks the ocean gets packed with everyone from the hotel lining up at 9 am for the 10 am opening time. The breakfast and dinner were about 6/10, we ate there often but the times we went to other restaurants we were shocked by how good the food was in comparison. The rooms were clean however our towels were only changed once despite being there for a 6 night stay. You also can’t get pool towels exchanged whenever you want, you have to wait until Monday Wednesday Friday to do so. They let us use the spa facilities after check out and arranged for a taxi to airport. It was our honeymoon and we weren’t offered anything special throughout the stay.

We were treated as if we were an inconvenience the whole time. And any concerns that we had were not addressed and pretty much brushed off with a “ok” or “yes. I was told they would talk with a supervisor

Amazing

This is a lovely hotel, we stayed in a room with a private swim up pool which we really enjoyed. The hotel location was good (about 15 mins walk to the main restaurant area of town) and the beach bar across the road (part of the ) had a great view of the beach.

Loved our stay there and the staff were incredibly friendly!

Ants in my room, cleaning staff came a sprayed bug spray.
