The pool was not able to use and is what we was wanting for kids. The fitness center did not work with room keys

Fantastic Stay – Clean, Safe, and Comfortable! I had a great experience at this hotel. The entire property was very clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel at ease. I also appreciated how safe and secure everything felt throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and updated, with modern touches that added comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best I’ve slept in while traveling. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and reliable stay!

We booked our room in February for a room with 2 queen beds. When we arrived we were given a king bed with a pull out couch. I talk to the manager and she said that she could do anything to change it. As I talked to her she was helping the housekeeper clean a room across the hall, in a room that had 2 queen beds. She tried to say that the 3rd party we booked with dictates the room that we get. I did call the booking agent that I booked with and they, of course, do not pick which room that you get. I asked the hotel for a discount and was refused. The pool and spa was out of order. There were multiple baseball team staying at this hotel and the kids had nothing to do but run up and down the halls and they were playing hide and seek everywhere.Balls were being in the hallways and they played in the elevators. It was old a run down. We had to play any exuberant amount of money due to the fact that the college World Series was playing in town along with the Battle of Omaha youth tournament.

Super Clean rooms. Staff was friendly. However, we were told check-in was at 3pm and when we arrived it wasn't ready. We didn't end up checking in until after 4:30, which put us behind schedule for the events we were in town for.

Most things were good but the hot tub was cold. Deal breaker.

Need to check the milk more, it was sour tasting and chunky and make sure the rooms are a little cleaner. Otherwise an amazing stay.

Front desk personnel was not able to give me the room that I booked. I needed wheelchair accessible and they were not able to accommodate after I had booked that type of room. The room didn't have grab bars in the bathroom. Overall I was not impressed.

Great location, high quality breakfast, friendly staff.

Amazing soaking bath tub!! The room was clean, there was a slight stale smell but we just opened the window and let it air out a little. The beds were comfortable. There was a lot of light that came through the window in the morning, not much of a light proof curtain in the room unfortuantely but overall a great place to stay especially for hockey games next door at the arena.

Very pleasant

Checkin okay. Called to front desk to report an issue but there was no answer. Had to go down. Kuerig didn’t work. Shower door didn’t stay shut. Bed kinda hard but I realize that is subjective. Okay but wouldn’t stay again.

Staff was incredibly rude. You can tell that none of the employees want to be there. Also, do not book this hotel using a 3rd party (Expedia, Hotwire, etc.) They will cancel your reservation and blame it on the 3rd party so they can upcharge guests. Awful place and awful experience!!

Lady in front desk not helpful at all

Aging facility overall rooms drastically needed update. Staff was very nice and friendly. Easy access to the arena next-door.
