I've stayed four times, with a variety of room and breakfast options. Yesterday was the best experience, with clean rooms, friendly service, a simple dining area, and a complete breakfast featuring snacks, fruit, and a delicious main course.

The location is strategic in the city center and comfortable

When I arrived, there were already used towels, who knows where they were from :'( The bed was really rickety, but the staff was friendly, parking was secure, and it was close to the city center.

The room is comfortable enough for two people, with a decent water heater. Wi-Fi is inaccessible on the third floor. The AC is cool. Parking is good in front, but the basement parking is a bit tight for large cars. The staff are friendly.

The location is quite strategic, close to everything, but the soundproofing is not good, and I felt disturbed by the noise in room 305. I forget whether I got breakfast or not.

I stayed for 2 nights in the Trivio room. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was too small, with the shower stall too close to the toilet.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during the check-in process.

Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room, bathroom, and the walls in the room which are dirty like an unkempt hotel.

I recommend it, the room size is just right, it's close to everywhere, especially since the hotel is close to Ciwalk.

The check-in & out process is very fast, the staff is friendly, the bedroom & bathroom are clean, the area around the hotel has lots of food and drinks, it is close to the mall.

My stay here was very comfortable. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Complete amenities. Scented pillows, clean bathroom. The hotel grounds were also very clean.

Still near from the city, not far from the road.
