The hotel itself is fantastic and close to everything. The grounds are immaculate and there was plenty of greenery via plants and beautiful flowers and roses in/on the courtyard fountain. The daily breakfast offerings were also a plus. The amenity that we enjoyed the most was the rooftop pool with beautiful views of the city. Lastly, the staff were awesome, the service they provided was excellent. They checked in often to make sure we were happy. After some time we were able to get their names and address them by their first names. Abdel, Khadijah, Kamal, Customer Experience Coordinator Hassam and Rasheed our driver. The young lady in the shop ( unfortunately I forget her name) was also very helpful. We appreciated all of their efforts which made our stay really special and memorable. Thank you.

They were excellent. Very accommodating to our late arrival. Beautiful room with a roof top terrace of our own. Wonderful breakfast and right in the center of everything. A splendid stay with a very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is total subtle luxury. You can’t tell from the street and when the door opens so does the entrance to a beautiful property.

One suggestion, change your evening dinner, have a different menu, otherwise after 4 nights, It become redundant...

The staff are warm, attentive and friendly. An oasis of calm in the chaos of the Medina.The facilities are exceptional with 2 pools. ..so best of both worlds. Pools to relax by in the heat, short walk to the souks and sights. Our room was a junior suite. It was right near the courtyard pool, a huge space with an open fire and a few steps to the restaurant. Breakfast was generous and varied with delicious freshly squeezed orange juice every day.

Everything was excellent at this hotel. The only downside is its location. It’s close enough to the Medina but the street it’s on is anything but luxury. On the other hand, I don’t think there’s much choice. Either one is far away from the Medina, on some decent street. Or if one wants to be within walking distance of the Medina, locations like this is pretty much par for the course. Overall, I still think the hotel deserves a solid five stars for everything else that it does so well.

Wow, what an amazing hotel. It’s like stepping into an oasis of calm and amazing hospitality when you walk through the doors. The staff are knowledgeable about the city and offer amazing service throughout your stay. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful hotel with exceptional service (which we had expected in a R&C) well located close to the Medina, nonetheless quiet.

Beautiful property to stay for few days . Only drawback is that they provide Iron in rooms - so you have to request concierge for getting your clothes pressed (no charge though) . Otherwise the staff and people were very friendly and helpful.

The experience from check in to check out was exceptional. Everyone is helpful and thoughtful. It is a beautiful serene space.
