Friendly/helpful staff, clean room/property, close town. Would recommend to others

Staff spoke perfect english and spanish and were very helpful in instructions about Buzios

Well located between downtown and bus station. Staff is kind and helpful. Nice common area with hammocks to rest.

Excellent location, quiet but near to centre and beaches

Decent hotel but not as nice as other reviews make out. Location was excellent. Pool area lacks charm, breakfast is mediocre, rooms are fine but also lack charm. Bed was extremely hard and gave us both sore backs. Thankfully they had yoga classes so we could stretch out! Most guests were families and I’d recommend it to other families but not necessarily for non families.

Don't have anything bad to say, room was nice and comfy, Internet was excellent for Buzios standards, Rua das Pedras is at walking distance, it has a market just on the side, and finally, it doesn't have a lot of food options, but the ones that it had were delicious enough to be satisfied.

Great hotel. Easy location from the beach and main buzz of Buzious. The service at the hotel was fantastic and friendly and the facilities brilliant. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The hotel staff make you feel at home from the very beginning. The breakfast is excellent and the afternoon coffee break is also very welcome. The hotel cleanliness and staff attention are excellent. There is a free bus service to different beaches in a daily rotation. The hotel is only a short walk from the centre of Buzios. I'd have rated it as 5 stars but the quality of the room towels was not high although there were also beach towels included. The WIFI needs to be upgraded. It is only available in public areas and mosquitoes make that experience less than ideal

Staff very nice, very clean rooms, good location. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again because the Wifi doesn't work in the room. Also, only 2 outlets in the room which only work when you are in the room. Makes keeping phones, iPads, etc., really challenging. I go to Buzios twice a year with my wife. This was our first visit to Aguas Claras.

Muy linda posada, excelente atencion del personal en todas las áreas. Desayuno variado, en productos. Habitación cómoda. Buen wifi y aire acondicionado. Buena ubicación muy Cerca del centro.

A Pousada é excelente em todos os sentidos, atendimento, localizacao, conforto, cafe da manha, areas interna com muito verde e rendário e de lazer, piscina grande e pequena maravilhosas e aquele cafe da tarde com bolo é um diferencial ! Com certeza voltarei e indicarei para outras pessoas

Struttura in ottima posizione per accedere al centro e alle spiaggie. Camere belle e utile e staff molto cortese. Consigliata.

A estadia foi maravailhosa...equipe de funcionarios muito simpaticos e agradáveis. Seguem rigorosamente os padroes de prevencao da COVID 19 Cafe da manha excelente Otima localizacao. Ha 5 minutos a pé da rua das pedras. Muito bom!!!!

Foi muito boa. O hotel fica a 300 metros da rua das pedras, os funcionários são muito atenciosos, simpáticos, o Café da manha é bom. O quarto é muito bom. É um bom hotel, recomendo e voltarei mais vezes cm certeza.
