We stayed at Sunrise Inn for 2 nights as our flights and villa bookings did not align. We would definitely consider staying again as it is close to the airport and is a very friendly, family run hotel. Thanks for an enjoyable stay

The property was very chilled offered all the facilities we needed with a great view and staff were vary helpful and informative. Nice chilled vibe and great staff

This property was ok, nothing more, nothing less...the facilities are outdated and could use a little bit of love.

Would not recommend…needs a major r renovation. No proper shower, the corner of the bathtub was falling off. Staff lovely, fresh towels, comfortable beds but glad it was only 1 night.

We loved our 8 night stay at Sunrise Inn, and it’s relaxed atmosphere. The pool was great, our apartment was cleaned every day with fresh towels and the owner was friendly and helpful. The area was quiet, but walkable the the beautiful Pessada beach.

This property is let down by its desperate need for renovation, the room we had was tired and the bathroom was a mismatched hodgepodge affair. There was a jacuzzi bath that functioned purely as a shower tray, it had no taps to fill it, no plug to retain water, and no controls for the bubbles. The "shower" was a hand held head connected to where the tap should be. Having said that the staff were polite and helpful, the food was lovely, and the pool area brilliant. We enjoyed our stay but we're expecting more.

Great place and comfortable

Really lovely place at a very reasonable price. Not the most modern but rooms are spacious with air con and a little balcony - and it’s totally blackout at night because of the shutters. Gardens are pretty with a good pool area and free parking. Loads of breakfast options to pick from (love a cheese toastie in the morning!) and staff are so friendly and helpful.

The hotel is beautiful and secluded! The staff couldn’t help us enough! We only stayed for one night but will definitely consider staying for longer next time as the staff were so welcoming and nice!

The properry location is in Pessada village so very far from all the attractions of the island ( except 1 beach walking distance) so unless you plan on renting a car you will be staying at the hotel all the time. The staff is very friendly except the cleaning ladies they were rude when we gave them comments on stuff they forgot to do (like arranging the bed properly or the bathroom proper cleaning). The hotel owner and Dany were very helpful.

We loved Sunrise Inn. The highlights included the fabulous pool, feeding fish beneath the banana trees, walking to Pessada Beach, friendly staff and good food. We will return.

Property is good owner and staffs are excellent, room clean location is not bad, there is special beach next to the hotel, but the breakfast not pleasant, they need to make it continental. Thats all

The hotel is at a great location, fantastic views and friendly staff. The services are good and the restaurant offers a fair choice of meals. There is a swimming pool and a well maintained garden around the property. The hotel is close to Pesada port or those who wish to take a day trip to Zante. In general this is a good place to use as a vantage point if you want to get to know Kefalonia.

We had a very spacious, air-conditioned 2 bedroom apartment, on a self-catering basis, within the hotel, with full use of pool, garden, bars, etc. We had breakfast at the hotel a few times (paying EUR 5.00 a head for the buffet style breakfast, which was fine) and we had dinner there once too. The pool area is fun and relaxed. The staff friendly and helpful. Our apartment was cleaned and towels changed daily. They even did our laundry for us. The only down sides were that the apartment wasn't brilliantly stocked with cutlery, we had to ask for a sharp knife for chopping vegetables, and there weren't enough larger bowls and plates. No coffee maker either, and a very small kettle. Lovely hot water always available in the bathroom, but the hot water in the kitchen didn't work. But these were small issues. We generally very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Sunrise Inn Hotel to others. Great for a family with kids. You do need a hire car - lots to see on this beautiful island.

gross hotel, loud noises from upstairs so you can't sleep. dirty like a prison and gross overpriced food

A very relaxing break on a beautiful island, hotel staff were lovely, rooms spotless. Definitely need a car as beach and tavernas/supermarket at least 20/30 minutes walk away...and in that heat....
