Room was great, booking the place you assume spa is included. Well, it's not. Just keep it in mind.

Clean rooms and customer service

The amenities and vibe of QC Terme is all about relaxing. The room was clean and spacious. What makes QC standout is the overall property and the amenities available. The spa features are great and I enjoyed my massage session. There are beautiful springs to relax in and an great restaurant on site. Staff are great making your stay top notch. That said, something about room was not great for sleep. Not sure if it was temperature, the bed or something else, but for some reason I had trouble getting to sleep. But maybe that was just me. Would recommend QC Terme as a great spa/hotel experience.

Room was extremely clean, staff were exceptionally helpful, restaurant had delicious offerings, spa was amazing! So many options to relax and unwind. Perfect way to recover from long flights.

The hotel is generally good, with comfortable rooms. However, the booking information is misleading. It states: “1 free SPA service for two per stay”, which gives the impression of free access to the SPA facilities. In reality, it turned out to be one small mud treatment package to be shared between two people. Actual SPA access costs an additional €58 per person, and breakfast is also not included and costs €28 per person. I believe the booking description should be clearer and more transparent.

If you’re looking to relax before you fly out after a long stay in Italy, this is the place to stay and recover before a long flight. I would recommend at least 2 nights to take advantage of their thermal pools and beautiful gardens. Enjoy

Wonderful and pleasantry surprised!

Amazing resort with beautiful spas. Staff were great. Room was beautiful and totally spotless. There were a couple miscommunications though. We made reservations at the hotel restaurant for 8pm and got a call from the front desk around 745 telling us we had reservations at 730 and that they were fully booked from 8-9 and to come down asap, but there was only a couple other people in the restaurant when we got there, so not sure what that was about. We also booked the airport shuttle via email before arrival (as their directions state to do), but it seems like no one had any record of that. Luckily another couple was going to the airport at the exact same time, otherwise I think we might have been out of luck. I have all the email copies of these reservations, but something got lost in communication. Overall though it's a fantastic resort, beautiful and relaxing. Wonderful spas and great way to spend the night before a flight!

This is absolutely the best place to stay. The rooms, grounds, pools, saunas, spa, aroma therapy, happy hour is all amazing. The most relaxing place to spend before leaving to fly over the pond.

The entire hotel was well maintained even the landscaping. Staff was extremely friendly and provided useful information to get around Italy.

Not convenient for walking anywhere

the room was beautiful, old, spotless. Comfy bed, very pretty view from the windows. The staff was kind and friendly, the spa, at night was fantastic! We enjoyed our one night stay. Make reservations for dinner and spa services well in advance.

Not a great massage. Expensive and did not include use of a spa. Not great value. There was a charge for everything
