The room was clean and functional.The only problem is the musty smell coming out of the drainage.It’s an old building,so I gave to open the windows every time we are in the room

Staff really nice. Our suite faced the street and there was loud music until 2-3 every night. The toilet, sink and shower shared a pump so that was quite noise because the flushing mechanism wasn’t working properly

Room stunk, was loud all night from people partying and morning from people cleaning streets.

Great location and the staff was excellent and helpful. But the property has its challenges. It is hard to find on the alley-like streets of the old town. There is no elevator, and to get to reception is three landings up on relatively treacherous stairs. The bathroom is very small and cramped with a barely working shower. There was a strange, pungent smell emanating from the drains. And the window has s screen that you can’t see out of. Still, for the value price and location and lovely staff, it was a good deal.

Great location, basic accommodation but everything you need

Excellent location and a great deal for the traveller on a budget. The staff is friendly, and i had a nice clean room with restroom. But this is not a hotel, so it's not for everybody.

My hotel stay was pretty depressing. 2 dry wall pieces formed the "bathroom" that didn't even go up to the ceiling. I had to put toiletries on the floor since there was no sink or shelf space at all. Great location, very noisy party area but not a hotel id ever go to again

So glad i picked this place even though it is a bit outside of Sintra, so if you don’t have a car you need to Uber it into Sintra which was no problem for me. The restaurant downstairs is amazing and is owned by the same people who are very friendly. There was breakfast in the morning which was put in the fridge for you, it had your room number on it. It came with fresh bread and an assortment of meats and cheese. There was a kitchen which had fruit and condiments. All in all i had a great experience and would recommend this place. Very clean and safe.

The room was a bit tight, we hardly were able to fit the luggage. Lucky we had only two for three people. However the beds were comfortable, and there was AC. The surrounding area is not nice during the day, it looks like we were in a back alley with garbage tins on the street. However at night the street transforms, full with restaurants and bars. Very lively and full of people. I was surprised how the atmosphere changed, it looks quite nice. However bring earplugs, people get very happy and it is noisy.

Stayed 1-night and it was great! We arrived early in Lisbon and left our baggage at the reception since we couldn’t check in. The room and bathroom were clean! I recommend if you’re spending a few days and need a quick place to stay

It's right in the centre of the nightlife district but the room was facing the back and very quiet. There was room cleaning every day and toilets and showers were kept clean. There's an air-con and TV in the room and a dressing table with mirror. Very happy with our stay on a budget.

Lovely, clean accommodation in Central Lisbon. 24 hour reception if needed. Awsome choice of eateries nearby. Easy access to special sites.

All you need for a few days in Lisbon! The property is located in a great area, although it can be loud at night. We stayed out quite late so this did not bother us at all. Our room was quite small, but clean and all that we needed for a few nights stay since we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Overall happy with our stay
