Well the room is not in very good condition, but you getwhat you pay for.

The hospitality / customer service is excellent at all levels. The only downfall is that the hotel is in need of a lift/ repairs to make it a better experience.

Moho en el baño, insectos en la habitación, excusado sin asiento. Creo eso es algo que pueden mejorar con un poco de esfuerzo.

Not what I expected. Old furniture and old building. Bathroom had mold all over, no hot water.

Well its not expensive, but it has very limited parking and not very nice neighborhood. But its very convenient for where i go to while in monterrey

El hotel está en estado aceptable pero tiene detalles de cortinas viejas, ropa de cama gastada y paredes despintadas. Aun asi está limpio y seguro, la atención del personal amable y atenta. La zona es insegura para camianr de noche así que hay que tener cuidado.

The area around was insecure and very duty, no cold water just hot water in the sink, toilet didn’t have the seat. Please never offer this place to me

Dirty room, no toilet seat no water coming out of hot water tap, furniture battered up, poor patch job on holes in walls. Plastic on mattresses and no top sheets. Most disgusting room I have ever been in.never stay here again and wouldn't have stayed if it hadn't been prepaid and if we had time to find another hotel!

Shower door was hard to open, and water would get out of the shower to the bathroom floor. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

The good thing was the attached restaurant and store on the first floor. The not so good were the dirty rooms and restrooms. Mold on showers, dirty carpets, mold on ceiling and some walls.
