Balcony was lovely.

Room was small and a bit dark. Breakfast very good although once things were gone they weren't replaced so choice was much more limited after 9am The location is a bit far out of things but there is a very reliable bus service that gets you into old town in 15 mins or so

Very well located with helpful and friendly staff. Great room with balcony on level 5. Good breakfast buffet. Parking was really useful addition and worth the extra charge.

Nice little hotel, but not sure if their A/C was working properly. Might be an issue on hot summer days. Located about 15 min walking from town Square. Breakfast was great.

Room was very quiet and all clean staff were very helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory. The area is quiet with some places to eat.

Clean and supportive staff

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very clean, comfortable and modern. Definitely recommend the hotel for a location near the city centre and close to transit.

The suites are very inconsistent in terms of size and decor. Initially, we were given a tiny white box room 502, which is allegedly one of the suites. Luckily, this was changed to a different room, which is shown on their website as a suite. The furniture is pretty old and decor needs upgrading. Housekeeping was hit and miss, we didn’t have any on the third night, even tho we left the room quite early. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and genuinely tried to help with the issues we had.

Rooms cleaned thoroughly daily , excellent service at this hotel from all the friendly staff from arrival to departure , difficult to find fault.
