The staff didnt seem to understand how the secure car park worked. Refused to leave the desk to assist even though their pass was needed to let cars in.

Room was small but well presented and spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable and shower water hot and plentiful. However the hotel is not suitable for disabled with steps and no ramp to access the reception though a wheelchair lift is available to get from reception to the lifts. Important note! There is no lift from the hotel underground carpark (where guests are restricted to floor minus 3) to ground level and the walk upstairs from this level is challenging for the elderly and impossible for those in wheelchairs.

The location was great.

The car parking was nothing like described. The onsite parking was “full”, despite arriving as soon as check-in opened. Also it’s unreservable. There was no street parking nearby and the receptionist’s best suggestion was to park on the boulevards 10-15 minutes walk away. I cannot walk that. After circling for 40 minutes in hope of a space opening up, I gave up and checked in at a different hotel with a genuine car park. If parking matters to you, don’t stay here. I can’t comment on other facilities, though reception looked ‘tired’.

Hotel is basic, however clean and tidy, excellent location, super friendly staff and great value for money. Highly recommend for a short stay.

A lovely stay. Excellent location and friendly staff. Would have been good to be able to book parking in advance. I requested it and all worked out fine but not sure why it couldn't be locked in. Breakfast was delicious.

Amien is surprisingly urbanized and industrial. There are a heavy number of non French groups of men loitering at tourist locations blocking the entrances. Not friendly to tourists or casual travelers especially alone.

The bathroom smell of sewage. Top ring of loo had black marks. Staff didn’t bother giving us more details about the area. Entrance hotel dirty.

Great location.

Only stayed for one night in August. The room has three single beds, no space for anything else. Unload was easy as you can pull in front of the hotel. Overall, it's a good choice for us.
