Terrible hotel experience. I accidentally left my perfume on the table when I checked out, but the housekeeping staff did not report it after checking the room. Later that afternoon I realized it and contacted the hotel, asking them to send it to me via Grab. However, they covered for the housekeeping staff and claimed that I had left the room empty. That is truly a greedy and dishonest act. In addition, the hotel facilities are old and outdated, and there were no basic toiletries such as toothpaste provided. Everything feels very worn and poorly maintained.

There is no bathroom amenities given since day one, no water kettle inside the room. The staff was rude about their policies.

Clean, spacious room, complete facilities are ok, cold AC, but the sink is clogged, the shower water pressure is also quite slow. Please pay attention to the maintenance of the facilities.

The rooms are clean and the staffs are friendly. The location is perfect for the shopaholics as shopping malls are near to hotel. We had a very joyful stay in this hotel. I recommend you to choose this hotel.

I feel reception is not friendly. The parking is not safety because the car had to park in front of the building. The TV can see limit Chanel.

The place is strategic in the center of Pratunam, going to the mall and Pratunam market just walk 5 minutes, the elevator is small, the room is enough for two of us, hot water + mattress + TV + AC is okay, cupboards are big enough, clean, quiet, can rest.
