Many people don't discuss this, so this is my most honest review. During my stay at this hotel, there were both pros and cons. Here are my pros and cons:
- The hotel is very close to culinary centers, as it's located in the Paskal area.
- If you're feeling lazy or tired, you don't have to worry about food because there's a mall right in front of the hotel and an Indomaret. However, the Indomaret isn't a complete convenience store, just food.
- If you want to go anywhere in Bandung, it's quite close because the hotel is in the center of Bandung.
- The staff is also very friendly and helpful, and when you have any problems, they immediately offer assistance.
- The receptionist was also very helpful. I once asked to leave food in the hotel refrigerator, and they helped me.
- The Wi-Fi signal in the room was strong, and I could watch Netflix and videos. However, the Netflix account is limited.
- During my stay, the view was quite beautiful. I had a view of the beautiful view.
And here are the cons or drawbacks of this hotel:
- The room isn't soundproof, so outside noise can often be heard.
- The room often smells of cigarette smoke from the toilet. I don't know if someone was smoking or what, but it smells strongly of cigarettes.
- The telephone in my room didn't work. There should be regular checks to check this. I tried to ask for it from the room, but it didn't work.
- When I first went to my room, it was very difficult to open. I had to go to the reception twice because there was an outstanding registration, which was very time-consuming because I wanted to rest immediately.
- Now, this is something that's never discussed: if you're coming to Bandung without a car, staying here is a must-think, as every time you leave, there's a parking fee, as the hotel is connected to Paskal Mall. So, you'll need to prepare extra money; there's no parking discount for those without a car.
