The reservation process at this hotel is so sketchy. You might think once you have done your booking online and put in your card details you are all set...Wrong! Just after booking they will contact you via a NON VERIFIED random whatsapp number to ask you to PRINT and Manually fill a bunch of forms, PLUS they will ask you to send a picture of your full credit card via Whatsapp...again, to an unverified number. When I told them I wasn't going to do any of that and wanted to cancel, they told me they reservarion was non-refundable. BE CAREFUL

Great location. Next to great restaurants. Walkable distance. Property was clean, staff was helpful, daily breakfast was delicious and we felt safe.

The building is amazing

Buena limpieza, todo el staff es muy atento. El desayuno buffet es muy deficiente, no hay variedad.

Hotel was nice and very accommodating. Breakfast was aleays a great way to start the day. The internet was sporadic with download speeds dependent on the floor you stayed on

The staff were amazing!!! Nice and quiet. The are is great for night life and also daytime strolls. Breakfast was great!

The whole experience was nice and felt modern, just a few details related to not enough lightning of the apartment at night. Not enough electrical plugs. No USB plugs. The shower was a bit awkward. The rooftop bar and pool were cool. The breakfast omelettes were delicious. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars.

The hotel is nice but for some reason all the TVs in the first floor are broken. I asked to see if this could be corrected and I got upgraded to a nicer room only to find out at check out I had to pay extra for it. I specifically told front desk to let me know in advance to see if there was going to be a fee for the upgrade but was not told until check out.

I had really high hopes for this property. The reviews were nice and it has potential. On the surface everything looked well, however, i ended up being eaten alive by bedbugs. The morning i checked out i let the reception know. It was horrible waking up itching every where.
