The picture in advisement very good but the real is unexpected, don’t have WiFi, no lifts..over all ok for the price

Comfortable and close to IOI Mall and dining outlets.

I stay standard room. The room quite ok. Have some space for pray. The aircond very cold. The bedroom good. I love the shower. The water feel like waterfall and hot also. A lot carpark. But kena rebut with people go to shopping mall. Near shopping mall(ioi mall) and have mamak nearby. Overall ok. Can repeat again to stay.

I had the most pleasant stay here. The hotel was big enough for 4 people with big bathroom too! They also prepared iron with iron board and water filter. The basic necessities are provided. We enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is close to Io Mall Puchong. Walk to the back of the shopping hotel compl. Enjoy access to food from many nearby restaurants.

No water for drinking, no closets, blankets and smelly pillow covers.

Super small room than expected. No adjuster for shower, sometime its really hot sometime its super cold. Will not come here again 👎🏻

no very satisfying stay.. no water bottle, the sheet is dirty, no shampoo even I'm no sure the soap inside dispenser is body soap.. towel is not ready, need to ask receptionist to bring it to the room. no good insulation, can hear next room showering and chit chat, wifi not good (more reliable using mobile plan than the wifi)

Very dirty. Not comfortable at all. They never changed it to new one: old and very dirty - mattress sheet - mattress - pillow - pillow sheet - towel. Cannot find channel for TV and Cannot watch TV. The access card failed to detect. They are not helping at all. This is too much. What a waste for money. The wall very dirty. And so much more.
