Very noisy guests next door and Concierge was MIA so didn’t get a very good night’s sleep

Spacious and clean room.. Very well maintained on an older property. Friendly, helpful and efficient check in at front desk.

The room was very nice. It was clean and comfortable.

Too smokey

It's not in a safe place and very dirty

I never got housekeeping in my room until the morning I left. Knocking on my door early and was going to check out later. Parking for handicap was awful. Elevator falling apart. Loud in hallways. You hear everything through the walls. Not good food places. No microwaves in room.

The room was clean but the entrance was far from the parking lot and it was gloomy,smelled like smoke and the elevator was old but at least it still works. The check out process was easy.

The smoke smell at the casino area/ lobby is stronger and smellier more than other places. So suffocating. Morning front desk was so helpful and welcoming Great customer service. The carpets are dingy and dirty but overall , great place to stay!

This was my 5th time staying at RR Pass. It gets better each time. Quiet, convenient and safe. I will be back.

Ease of restaurant and casino use. Nice for travel with dog.

The rooms were nicely appointed

This property has always been my favorite and I prefer staying here then in Las Vegas proper.

I had to change rooms 3 times. The lady at the desk was very sweet and tried to do everything she could. Very dated hallways and room. Heating system looks like its from the 40s. The first room looked like it had blood on the cpuch, pretty gross and dirty couch. The second room smelled of chemicals so bad with asthma i could not breath right. The 3rd room was ok, I guess but I wouldn't stay here again. I know its an old hotel but they could put updates that would make it much better. Beds are comfty so are the pillows.

Price costs were exactly described prior to booking. No surprises through expedia.

Nice place, could use a little maintenance in the rooms and halls. But nice stay comfy bed

Easy to navigate. Good amenities and proximity to town.
