Very bad service. I order Queen but can have two single beds reason I am slow. But I oder early at 8 o'clock more. So bad service.

Bad experience because I was given room with weak AC.. but if you want to go to Stadium Kuantan, it is very good because it is very near. Walking within 2 minutes only.

Aircond is cool, shower is broken.

My staycation was bad, i changed room for 3 times. 1st and 2nd room with no towel and room surrounded by dust, hair all over the bedsheet. 3rd room as presented in the web, unfortunately hair in the toilet and room was dusty. My wife and i had a bad cough and flu the next day :( i will never stay here again.

The toilet is dirty. Rooms, blankets and towels smelled like cigarette smoke.

Booking a deluxe room but getting a standard room, air conditioning not working, the room smells a bit awkward, the sheets and pillows are shabby and yellow, it's not comfortable to stay here.

aircond is not strong enough for a huge family room. toilet has drainage issue. towels and bedsheets are old and greyish.

Damaged and dirty rooms are not vacuumed, mineral water is not provided, sheets are odorless, are not comfortable, x room is ready for guests to enter.

The condition of the bathroom and the room is very uncomfortable and dirty compared to its equivalent hotel, not worth the price paid.

Okay, only sheets and blankets need to be replaced with new ones too old.

1. the blanket is brown and look very old 2. bed cover is not clean white always there is dirty even new and clean 3. the bathroom is not as expectation, closet is hard to flush. 4. but I love the kindly staff there receptionist, housekeeping and all. location in good near mall and 7eleven and also easy to find food

Stay 4 nights, only make up room once for entire stay. To rate a hotel cleanness I always rate from the bathroom, 1) bathroom wall full of fungus 2) upon check in to room, toilet bowl is dirty 3) room full of insects, I being applying medication oil through the stay 4) shower broken, have to dismantle the head , only use the hose to shower. Even the rate is competitive and budget, I believe the hotel is short of cleaning staff but if such cleanliness can't or shouldn't be ignore if the hotel would like to maintain return client. I hope it take it a lesson to improve the cleanliness and service.

The customer service was terrific, but the hotel room is pretty old and kind of spooky. The lights are dimmed especially at the bathroom, but other than that the other amenities are ok. Loving the fact that they check up on us every day on the condition of the room.

All ok except air cond less cool.
