This would be our like 5th time staying here. We love it for the location, the free ice cream, breads, and drinks in the lounge bar, the manga library, free movies, and the free beer if you pick the Eco package (which means no room cleaning and just new towels on your door handle every day). Unfortunately, we picked Eco package when we booked, but the receptionist wouldn’t give us the beers. I asked why, and she said they don’t do it anymore, which wasn’t true as it was advertised on the front counter and in the lifts. I can only wonder that because we picked Eco package when we booked, they charged us less and so didn’t want to also give us the beers? Or maybe there was a communication error. Anyway, we still had a great stay here. I think they have replaced the mattresses as some have been a little hard in the past, but this time was good. Also, the onsen was finally open again after renovation!! Woooo! With free flow yogurt drinks to enjoy after onsen. The onsen switches between men and women as there is only 1 in the hotel, and my husband commented that the men’s times were shorter than the women’s, which was inconvenient for him. Wi-Fi was good, and they have free luggage storage before check-in and after checkout.

I like the complementary drinks, ice cream and bread which are varied, it's good for relaxing for a moment.

From the station to the hotel is about 5 minutes walk. Convenient to go to the bustling area, and sightseeing in the center. Although the room is a bit small, it is clean and the price is reasonable.

Convenient location for traveling. From the airport, take the bus to Nakajima Park D09 for 1,100 yen. From the hotel, it's easy to walk to various tourist spots. To Otaru Canal, it's easy. Take the bus to save 610 yen per trip. Get off at Otaru bus station and walk straight. . The hotel staff are very nice and love it. If going back to Sapporo again, will definitely stay here again.

I choose the one with a sofa, the room not small or big and you can by choosing to clean the room every day or choose to drink each day at the hotel to give like the green hotel mood. - Onsen is divided into rounds for women and men. - Breakfast is a delicious pancake menu. - The hotel, not far from the subway, Susukino and little tired walking when coming from Sapporo - Return to the airport, take the bus to the airport at the bus stop near the hotel. This is the first stop before entering Sapporo. I like this a lot.

It is good to have the onsen near the station and near Susukino.
