Clean, friendly staff, nice restaurant

The room was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The toilet had waste in it that was not flushed; there was hair on the shower floor and in the floor of the room; the rug was not vacuumed, as there were nail clippings on it; and the room was dusty, which could be seen on the tables and cups.

This is typical small town hotel in Finland. Nothing fancy but not too bad either. Once they finish renovations in the summer 2023 it's definitely best hotel to stay in Iisalmi. Other options are strange hippy hotel and some really worn down places.

Great location, great sauna, really nice staff. Shower curtain was moldy..staff took it fown right away.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice attached restaurant which served a wide variety of excellent dinner options, and was also the site for a terrific breakfast. The hotel is located in Iisalmi which is a wonderful old-style, sleepy North Savo town with a heavy dose of Karelian architecture influence. I loved it. Many shops within walking distance of hotel, as well as Orthodox church.

Great stay but noisy room

Koirasta pidettiin hyvää huolta ja rapsuttajia oli.Koirakuvakirjaan vielä lähtiessä. Iloinen henkilökunta.Iso tilava huone suprior.

Huone pääkadun puolella. Perjantain yöliikenne vilkasta rallia ja meluisaa klo 4 asti
