The facilities are rather run-down, but the staff are friendly. If you're traveling with family, you should book a room for four; if you're traveling as a couple, try to book an aqua room for a great experience.

The room was a bit damp and moldy, the old air conditioner took a long time to cool and was quite noisy, and the newly received refrigerator leaked water everywhere when defrosted. Amenities were rather limited (guests only had access to 3 free services: swimming in the Dara lake within the complex, a forest tour, and the egg-boiling area). It would be helpful to offer guests an additional experience in another area, or provide 1-2 bicycles per room for free transportation within the complex, as it's quite spacious. A positive point is the abundance of trees, making it quite shady, but there weren't many flowers, making it look a bit sparse.

Everything was fine; my family included elderly members, so it was quite comfortable here. However, getting around by electric cart was a bit difficult. When we arrived, we had to wait 10 minutes for a cart to come. Otherwise, everyone was fine, and the food was delicious.

My stay at Minera Hot Springs Binh Chau was wonderful. The green, tranquil surroundings were perfect for relaxation. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hot spring area was relaxing, and the food was delicious and varied. I will definitely come back again.

The soundproofing in the room was very poor; any noise from the hallway or upstairs was easily heard. At 1:45 AM, guests asked if the room was ready, and we were told to wait and we would call when it was available. However, after 2 PM, we hadn't received a call, so we had to proactively ask again, resulting in a late check-in.

Beautiful and well-equipped. Affordable prices. I will definitely come back again.

Reception staff - indifferent attitude, no support, no listening. Came to check in at 11am, staff said there was an early room, arrived after 2pm after being reminded many times before allowing check in. No matter what the customer said, you were indifferent and just looked at the computer/. staff is very BAD

Good experience, just the room smelled like a previous guest had a child vomited milk so the smell was a bit unpleasant, but the staff was very enthusiastic in cleaning the floor and using essential oils.

The tram is convenient, visiting the primeval forest but poor, the flower garden is not brilliant this season. Only crocodile fishing is bustling!
