The Swiss-Belhotel in Sorong is better than the one in Jayapura in terms of interior, hotel space, food quality and variety, and service.
Ambiance/Facilities: Overall okay, but the hairdryer smelled burnt. No one was standing by at the entrance to help carry luggage to the room.
Food: Delicious and varied.
Staff Assistance: Friendly and helpful.
Price: Okay.
Location: Close to everything.

The food served is too little, as is usual in Swiss Bell Sorong. It lacks variety. In other cities, Swiss Bell serves too much food and the staff sometimes make noise in the aisles.

I had a really pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Sorong. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—perfect for resting after a long flight. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. I also loved that the hotel is located quite close to the airport, which makes it very convenient if you have an early flight or just want to avoid long travel times. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Sorong if you’re looking for comfort and convenience.

Overall, it's very good, but the parking area for four-wheeled vehicles is somewhat challenging. Perhaps a more practical solution could be found in the future:
- The parking lot could be accessed with two doors.
- An elevator could be installed to the parking area so guests no longer have to walk up and down the stairs and out through the hotel lobby.
