The room was old, and the staff were unfriendly.

I think the location is central, not too far from Phu Quoc Market and the airport. It's within walking distance. However, the hotel is old, lacking in cleanliness, the facilities are subpar, and the carpet smells. The bathroom is subpar and damp. I wouldn't recommend it.

Friendly staff, enthusiastic support. But: the door lock is not very secure. The doormat in the toilet is a bit old The pillow is clean, but the bed sheet and soft cover have some small stains. The bed is wide, soft, the air conditioner is cold The TV only watches TV, no wifi

My experience with Sun Viet Resort Beach & Spa was not great. The biggest issue was the soundproofing, it was extremely poor. I could hear conversations, toilet flushing & showering, doors slamming, and even footsteps from the hallway and neighboring rooms. It was very disruptive and made it difficult to get a restful night's sleep. Additionally, there was no hot water heater in the room, which was very inconvenient. I prefer to have hot water available at all times, especially for a comfortable stay, but unfortunately, I didn't have that option. While the hotel itself had a good location and the staff was friendly, these issues definitely impacted my stay. I would suggest they address the noise problem and improve the amenities for a more comfortable guest experience.

Khách sạn cũ, wf kém toàn phải dùng 3G. Đồ ăn sáng không ngon, ít món mà ngày nào cũng lặp lại mấy món đó. Phòng thì tivi nhiễu như năm 1999, không youtube, không gì cả, còn không có kênh nào của VTV. Phòng hơi xấu. Dọn dẹp tạm sạch sẽ nhân viên phục vụ cũng ok. Tuy nhiên chất lượng dịch vụ quá kém. Không quay lại lần sau

Khách sạn lễ tân thân thiện, đồ ăn ngon và view biển đẹp. Tuy nhiên nội thật phòng cũ rồi chưa được sửa chữa thay mới, khóa cửa ban công bị hư không thể khóa được, tivi cũng không thể xem được rõ.

Very central location, convenient for walking to night market, Dinh Cau, restaurant. The resort is close to the beach but the beach is not very beautiful. From the balcony watching the sunset on the sea is very beautiful. In general, the location is very ok but the service is not ok. The old room, the equipment was degraded, the shower made a strange cry like the sound of a child making her child afraid to cry. Poor breakfast, not very good.

Old resort feel kind of dirty. Poor buffet. But beautiful sea view and service good!

The hotel is too old, the elevator has to walk, the room is not clean, the hot water is not available, the buffet is not good, on Monday there is no buffet but only simple dishes of the kitchen if you oder. Frustrated with the money. Will never come back here!
