Nice hotel with a view; Beautiful garden and mini-park for kids playing.

Overall everything is okay but there is 1 important thing that needs attention. I arrived at the hotel when the weather was rainy so I rushed into the room which was being cleaned at that time. We were invited to sit in the waiting room which had a sofa and a collection of books. This hotel offers a unique experience by providing books, even in the lobby there is a library too. An important thing that needs attention is that the water was turned off when I was in the bathroom in the morning, I think this was a bit fatal even though it was finally followed up after calling the receptionist (of course I had to wait a while until the water flowed smoothly again). The food is quite varied and the staff is friendly. We who at that time drove leisurely to the hotel using a motorbike were still greeted as guests who stayed at the hotel using a car. Other facilities are also interesting such as tennis/basketball courts, lawns, swimming pools, electric bike rentals. The garden is very well maintained and beautiful.

After a long time not being at El Hotel again, I stayed again and El Hotel is indeed the best choice for a vacation.

Very satisfying. Buy souvenirs just across the hotel. There are apples, strudel and others. Packing is also available.

The hotel is comfortable and the view is very nice, the children's play facilities are quite complete, so the children are very happy to play with the existing game facilities. The tourist attractions of this hotel are also very close so that it can save travel time from tourist attraction 1 and other tourist attractions, the food is also quite varied.

I expect the furniture to be old, but actually it is modern and minimalist style which is very great fit for me. the only problem I got is WIFI is slow.

It's just a shame that yesterday at El Hotel Kartika Wijaya there were many noisy motorbikes from 23.00 to 04.00 in the morning. There was no effort from the local police to stop the illegal racing in front of the hotel. The hotel is good.
