Great service and an accommodation, beautiful place

The property is good, the pool facilities, indoor and outdoor, the kids playing area, the animalfarm/ zoo near the hotel - was great. the food in the restaurant good. staff and service - extremely poor. it seems that all good turkish service people left the country. no ones cares about you and the way how you are being spoken to and looked at - especiallg when you try to communicate with them in English is terrible and not even 1 star level! The hotel seems to have become a hide out place for russians - all staff speak russian, the entertainment (animationteam / live music) everything is in Russian... I am still shocked by this... It seems that all other nationalities were irrelevant and / or forgotten. The Animation team were a bunch of kids who repeatedly tried very hard, but just didnt manage to deliver - I dont blame them. they were just too young and inexperienced. They could not even impress my 4 year old... They didnt seem to enjoy what they were doing and they were so careless... Could be because my son isnt russian... A real shame, as the hotel itself was lovely and has tremendous pontential, but as I always preach - a good hardware is useless, if the software isnt great. the staff, the service - one of the worst I have experienced in 25 years.

Generally speaking, It was awesome. The food, the stuff…everything was incredible. Finding Parking space was a bit of an issue. Otherwise it was amazing.

Should not recommend this to any body staff could not be bothered to do any thing for you

Bellis Deluxe Hotel was an excellent experience for us. It is a lovely family hotel with great staff. There are lots of activities you can do with kids and there were different shows every evening which the whole family could enjoy. The food was delicious and the hotel was clean and tidy. It is also a beach hotel which is so great as you can walk only about 2mins to get to the beach.

The hotel is set in the most beautiful location, it’s very quiet and the staff are very friendly.

Nice stay. But vegetarian options are very less. Also same pattern of cuisine every day.

Bellis Deluxe is a beautiful and magnificent place. Lots of activities to do. A really great place. I recommend this place highly for anyone including a family.

It was unforgettable vacation, staff was very friendly and professional, meal was amazing, tasty and fresh, property was clean and beautiful. Room was clean and very comfortable. We would like to come back next time again. Thank you, for service.

It was a great family experience. We were two families (4 adults and 4 children) We all enjoyed every moment spent at Bellis from the day we checked in till the 6th day of our check out. - Staff are very friendly. They speak three languages (turkish,russian mainly, and some English in addition; two or three speak Arabic also) - Food was very tastey and from different cousins - Room was very nice and the view was amazing. They gave us a welcoming wine and a bowl of fruits. Mini bar was free and filled daily. - Daily activities for adults and kids. They were presented in three languages Turkish, Russian, and English. - All pools were clean and crystal clear. - Two aqua parks one foe adults and one for children. - Pony kids club is a play ground for kids with more than 4 staff to take care of the little ones. They have several daily activities for kids from 9 am till 11 pm. - Beach is large, clean, and well served. - Free drinks are served in all bars that are distributed in all areas. - 7 restaurants ( 4 of them need previous reservation and three are free) Over all it was an amazing stay for us as adults and our kids were in paradise. Everything was perfect generous and food was tasty

I spent a week here for work. The positives: The food was good, the service was also very good. The bed was comfortable, the toiletries were replenished most days, the coffee shop had great coffee selections. The servers in the restaurant and coffee shop were very friendly and helpful. The negatives: The room I was in was incredibly hot; the thermostat was not working and I had to leave the door open to keep the room tolerable. There were pieces of broken glass on my bathroom floor part way through my stay. The walls are very thin and I could hear my neighbors and noise from the hallway clearly. Everything outside was closed so I can’t comment on the pool, etc. The exercise room was well equipped, however there were several soccer teams at the hotel and they would book the room for their use and this limited the times we could get in there. Some of the staff were more helpful than others, especially at the front desk. The price was very reasonable but there were many things that needed improvement.

(Nov 2018) - Grounds of the resort are rich in greenery and foliage. - Food was available in either main restaurant or patisserie at almost all times. - Very few members of hotel staff spoke English but those few who did were helpful. - Food was disappointing for vegetarians, very limited choices - eg. mash potato and rice contained chicken bouillon, gelatine in practically all deserts and some items listing only vegetarian ingredients ended up containing meat.

I liked the hotel very much, - very clean, beautiful place, friendly stuff, very good internet speed shows which are arranged every evenings are worth hotels cost (five star) - although food was very good, and lots of choices, i think still needed a little bit improvement, comparing to some other hotels of the same cost (four and half star) - and time for aqua park was very limited (four star)

Beautiful fantastic place relaxing

We were just there a few days ago. Beginning of Spring and though the weather was still a bit chilly we had a blast. The Resort is beautiful and everything about it met our expectations. They really go above and beyond to meet customers satisfaction. The food was amazing!

Luxuary resort But no interteiment

The place is fantastic and is beyond my expectations in all aspects. They even left complimentary bottle of wine in my room. My only bit of reservation was that the rooms are rather tiny. It’s OK if you are alone but it would be kind of crowded even for a couple. Nothing the hotel management could do about that though, I guess.
