I took four rooms, all of them terrible. There was no parking. The water didn't run, so I had to carry water in a bucket to defecate. There were no ladles, so I had to use hotel cups to clean up. It was a complete nightmare.

The place is in decline. Lack of maintenance is evident everywhere. Despite this the room AC worked well, the white sheets & towels were white n clean. Not one hook or hanger in the room nor chair. My AC sounded like a diesel engine running non stop. It’s fine for a night or two just for cheap accom but not much else until the place is renovated

The hotel staff is friendly. The room is clean. The location is very strategic.

For the cleanliness of the bathroom, there is only a slight minus in the faucet-shower section, it would be better if it is cleaned regularly so that water scale does not accumulate on the faucet-shower section. For the rest, it is very clean and comfortable.

For the price, it is quite safe for guests looking for a budget hotel. But, the minuses are quite a lot. First, when we arrived at the room, the AC was dripping water + the taps in the room were mossy and also crusty + there was no small cupboard for example to put clothes and so on + there was no trash can in the room or toilet. But the staff were friendly and helpful.

Gak banget deh. Ac gak berasa. Bantal gak ada sarungnya. Kamarnya gak ada kunci pintu. Mana horor banget lagi lantai 2 banyak kamar kosong dan kotor. Belum lagi air showernya yang pelan banget. Panas banget kamarnya sampai gak bsa tidur.

The room, toilet, environment is very bad.

The room has too many bugs / terminates. I had to change the room to upstairs room, but was going to be scary moment. After had a shower, I took a nap and when I woke up I found thousand of termites above my blanket / bed and all over the floor. Too scary to remember. I instantly packed my things, when downstairs to lobby and told to lady / reception, But she even not say sorry instead of blaming the lamp and say many reasons / excuses. Too Bad‼️and not showing good attitude at all‼️ I straightly pull my baggage and checked in to the next hotel called Bamba. It was so good & satisfying. Thanks to Bamba.

The room does not match the photos in the application, continues to not get mineral water, shampoo and soap. AC is not cold enough. Because I brought a baby and placed it on the top floor of the rear building, I finally asked to move because the air conditioner wasn't cold at all. Move forward, but add another 50 thousand. And yes, I still can't get water, soap and shampoo.

The water in the flusher sometimes turns off, the AC is hot, the breakfast is okay, the location is okay.

The service is super friendly. Comfortable room. My kids feel at home, unfortunately the dirty swimming pool hasn't been cleaned so I can't swim. So far, it is very good, with super cheap prices 😍😍

For a superior room, very low water jet shower, no night table, no table, no wardrobe or furniture in the room for clothes, just 3 TV channel that works with a very bad reception, pool room and unavailable 4 days, breakfast not good and without fruit juice. the name of resort does not have to be !

The service is very okay, and breakfast for indo people is lacking yes there is no rice hehe

We ordered 5 rooms, but only 3 were available, and gave our rooms to other people, with the reason that person had to check in, even though we booked in August, there was no notice from the hotel, we had to be far away to be disappointed, and finally we had to moved to another hotel at 8 pm, where we brought a lot of small children and babies, no recommended really, we do not recommend staying here, staff and receptionists are also not polite and friendly, very bad experience ..

The staff is good and friendly, but the management is bad, many hotel facilities do not match the description. From a small matter, a mat is not provided if not requested. Not recommended.
