Room 624. I don't know what kind of machine was making noise outside the window all night, so it was hard to sleep.

As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, it smells wonderful, the staff are friendly, the room is cool, the air conditioning is cool, and it smells nice. The bathroom is also neat and clean, with a complete range of toiletries.

The place is serene, like a museum, and the hotel has a lot of history. Please keep it that way, don't change it. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, the rooms are spacious and soundproof. The hot water works well, and the air conditioning is consistently cool.

My solo traveler had a wonderful stay at Salak The Heritage. The staff at the reception, security, and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are excellent.

The staycation here was very pleasant, comfortable, and definitely close to the station and the botanical gardens. When you leave the hotel, you can immediately see a herd of deer. The security, front desk, and all the staff are friendly. Overall, my 3-day, 2-night stay was okay. The only problem was the bathroom faucet. On the first night at 10:00, I had to go back and forth to get it fixed because it was broken and wouldn't turn off when it was turned on. Luckily, the engineering team responded quickly. Otherwise, everything was fine.

I stayed in an old room with old furniture, a mattress that was starting to feel hard, a dull, uncarpeted wooden floor, an old-fashioned TV with faded colors, a non-working kettle, and no mat. However, complaints about the kettle and mat were promptly addressed. Breakfast was simple, with few options, but the food was delicious.

The location is strategic, so if you want to jog, just go around the Bogor Botanical Gardens and the Bogor Palace, it's fun because the hotel is that close to the mosque and the bank, there are lots of culinary options, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean.
