My husband and I spent the weekend at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Madison Central. We had a very nice stay. Every staff member we encountered was warm, kind, and professional. The bed was super comfortable and even with the very hot temps outside, our room stayed nice and cool. The breakfast was good and was kept well stocked and clean. I wish i had gotten her name but I want to give a shout out to the woman at the front desk the morning of June 23rd. The ice machine on our floor had run out. At check out I asked if there was an ice machine on the first floor so that i could fill my water bottle before heading back out in the hot, hot weather. This woman kindly volunteered to get ice from the staff area. She returned with my bottle filled with ice water and wished me safe travels! Amazing.
