Staff were very helpful & room cleaned, beds & towels changed regularly. Room itself was shabby & poorly equipped. The area was very noisy, especially weekends

Stay away. We had a two night reservation and left after the first night. Very much a spring break, hostel apartment situation. While it’s close to night life… it’s not clean and it’s loud. the pictures are better than in person… they didn’t even advertise a picture of the shower and there’s a reason. Save your money and spend a little more to go somewhere else.

Excellent location right in the centre of Hersonissos minutes from on the beach and shops and Restaurants we had a lovely sea view room worth paying the extra for . The staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms cleaned every day . The property it’s self could do with a bit of updating

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, rooms cleaned and clean towels everyday. Right on beachfront,close to beach, restaurants and shops. Really enjoyed my stay here. Good size rooms

This is a very rundown place, but was very good for the price. There were holes and stuff on seats, sheets and curtains, but nothing serious. This was probably a really nice place in the 70s. This was close to the bus stop, tons of restos and bars, a super market. It was great. My only issue was that they left the bathroom window open when I arrived at night and mosquitoes bit me like crazy that night. The AC also dropped water and housekeeping never came.

located in the most convenient spot right on the beach, along a strip of amazing shops and bars and restaurants! all you need is within walking distance. the receptionist we had was an amazing man! super friendly and was absolutely fine with the late check in. only thing is that we weren't given fresh linen but other than that everything was amazing!!

The rooms are not clean, but sheets and towels ok. In my bath there was a sewage smell . The pools are not clean (a sand in the pool floor) .The hotel neens reinovation. The facilities are ok. The room kitchen very comftable, the staff is very nice and helpfall.

Not the place to recommend for families. Woken in the small hours with drunken behaviour, room parties and banging doors. Staff appeared genuinely embarrassed by the whole situation. Teens / 20 somethings all drinking, smoking and eating in the very small pools, which was intimidating for my girls. We had to go elsewhere every day to enjoy our holiday. I don't think I need to say anymore than this.

Great location but the hotel not wow but cheap and Equal the payment.. fit for people who want go out most go outside... and the air conditioner was great and work even we go out from the room

This hotel was exceptional! My room was cleaned daily and that was great. My room was big and fitted my entire family comfortably. The air-con was working properly and very satisfactorily. The entire hotel staff were very very helpful with directions to any where we wanted to go including finding the nearest hairdresser! Most of the staff spoke English. The hotel has many many swimming pools if we didnt want to go to the beach which was a simple stroll down the lane. My room had a small kitchenette which made it sooo easy to have a quick breakfast if need be. Overall I / we really enjoyed the stay at kassavetis studio apartments & Hotel. It is central to everything in Hersonissos, Crete, Greece

Sehr einfach gehaltenes Hotel, aber Preis-Leistung ist umschlagbar! Natürlich nicht das sauberste, das Bad ist schon gewöhnugsbedürftig, aber es ist 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt und zum übernachten/arbeiten reicht es vollkommen aus!

Täglich Stromausfälle, einmal Zimmer gewechselt, trotzdem kein Meerblick wie bezahlt. Hotel mitten auf der "Partymeile", Lärm bis 6.00 Uhr morgens. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Chambres très propres Personnel très chaleureux et prompt à rendre service. Tout près de la plage et de la zone festive . Naturellement on ne vient pas y chercher le calme absolu mais en fermant les fenêtres, mettre la clim et prévoir des bouchons, ça passe

kassavetis is a beautiful hotel structure in the real center of hersonissus, 3 swimming pools and the sea at 50 meters, clean and friendl
