Great hotel for families and small kids (good size pool to play) - for its 3 stars I think it’s worth to go for it. Very easy access to Alcudia Old town - well recommended

Is a lovely place to stay, but we had a lot of ants in the apartment 😆. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but maybe for some people it is. Overall, we liked it. The staff were great, very helpful with any problems. I know some of the people didn’t like the furniture, because maybe is outdated, but we barely stayed in the room, so I wasn’t a big deal for us. The beds are comfy, we had AC in every room. We had breakfast included, it’s the same every morning, but it was good ( my kids loved the omelette). The pool is great. The beach is 4-5 min drive or 10-15 (depending how fast you walk) walking.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great place to stay at with my family (of 4), big swimming pool for children and adults, plenty of sunbeds, no need to rush early to reserve one. Quiet area at the outskirts of town away from the noise and the busy touristic area. Alcudia beach at 15 minutes walk with plenty of places to eat and drink. 2 minutes away from the supermarket. Plenty of spaces to park inside at cost of outside for free, the surroundings may not be enticing however, it is quiet and safe, even for a midnight stroll. Room was huge, spacious, complete and clean, furniture a bit dated, but otherwise, your got all essentials to cook and stay comfortably. Definitely I will stay here again. Thanks!

A very good option for our large family (2 adults and 6 teens/young adults), with a large pool, comfortable dining area, and friendly staff. Walkable to the beach and other amenities. Not the fanciest place, but well suited to our needs.

Outdated apartments.

The hotel experience was disappointing. The receptionist had an unwelcoming attitude and she was extremely slow, which was off-putting. The hotel's surrounding areas had a sewer-like odor, and the rooms smelled very unpleasant at night. Although our room was cleaned on the second day, the shampoo and hand soap bottles were not refilled, which is problematic if you stay longer than two days. Additionally, guests are required to take out their own trash, a policy I haven't encountered at other hotels. The breakfast was subpar, with limited options and bland taste. While the unit was spacious with three bedrooms, the stairs made it less convenient. Overall, my stay was below average, and I do not plan to return.

Everyone on reception were very friendly and helpful,Hotel room was clean had everything you would need for self-catering,Bottle of water was put in the room which was great as we arrived early hrs of the morning.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The apartments have everything you need.

Everything was going fine to start with until the cleaner decided she would steal my wife’s iphone. We realised it was missing and only due to quick thinking and the find my iPhone app that we were able to start chasing her halfway through Alcudia in the car and scared her enough that once she knew we were chasing her, she ended up returning it to the hotel reception to try and cover up the theft. We spoke to management but to be totally honest he couldn’t care less and kept making excuses for her, then said she would be layed off, but she was still working at the hotel on the day we checked out. Such a shame and I’d never be returning to this hotel.

Older property not in a particularly nice area. The apartment was spacious. Had 2 bedrooms and ac in all rooms. The kitchen was functional w/ a large oven and fridge. Lovely balcony. We really lucked out because the hotel was preparing to shut down for the winter and we got a fantastic rate. The beach was a 10 minute drive. A supermarket is within walking distance.

This property has everything you could want. Having a washing machine was a big plus with having a small child. It’s the first accommodation I’ve stayed at that had a full oven, stove and dishwasher! The only thing it missed was a toaster. Would also benefit from more regular cleaning as we arrived on the Saturday and the cleaner didn’t come until the Thursday. We didn’t mind cleaning ourselves and taking our rubbish to the bins as we were on the ground floor but might be a hassle for someone on a higher floor.

As always our time at the Garden Lago was perfect. All of the hotel staff were exceptional as usual and couldn't do enough for us. Our thanks especially go to Pau, Alvaro and Sergio who made our time there the best it could be. We are every grateful

The room square feet was the largest I have came across so roomy we had 3 toilets and 2 balcony’s . Well equipped with everything

The apartments are big, and have everything you could possibly need! The terrace was our favourite place to be in the evenings and mornings. The hotel also has a great location for further exploration of that part of the island. Would love to come back one day.

Perfect 2 bed apartment. Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Pool area lovely. We look forward to returning
