Was provided incorrect information so could not self check in out of hours. Not ideal when it’s late and you’ve been travelling all day. Remote support got me in thankfully. Room was tired and in need of maintenance. Too

Checkin didnt work in machine, had to call for help twice. Very busy hotel 21 police vehicles there and lots of armed police. More of a motel. Bed comfy and breakfast adequate

Terrible cleaning. Toilet was leaking. Hair all over the tub. Carpet was dirty

We arrived late at night and there was only a self service which did not work. We had to contact a helpline who asked a manager to open up. Room was ok for what we spent. A bit cramped and the upstairs room for the kids was up v steep stairs.

Perfectly located for our needs into Bordeaux

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel, the receptionist in the evening when we arrived & the following morning both spoke very good English, everyone was very helpful & friendly, the breakfast was plentiful, very good buffet, room was newly refurbished, clean white bedding ( first thing my wife looks for) adequate clean bathroom , perfect for our overnight stay

Twin beds should be separate, not together. Bedside tables were minuscule. otherwise ok, quiet at least during the weekend.

Really not great lacks facilities such as tea and coffee and hair dryer I’m sure they can starch to two pillows each Draft under the door was not helpful

Friendly, helpful staff, easy check-in. Rooms quiet and comfortable. Parking easy.

No one was there - hotel closed! Check in stated on my reservation stated noon to 5pm. We got there around 2pm and hotel was locked. We call number and no one answered. We were in a foreign country and did not speck the language very well but got the help of rental car agency to obtain another hotel room for the night. Terrible experience!!!

Staff not very friendly. I will never be back. Room too small. Bad value for money.Worst hotel in my life even for 2 star rating.

very poor quality hotel/motel - extremely basic to say the least!!! Staff were not there when arrived and at breakfast were rude!!! As for the breakfast, try and find a McDonalds it would be more nutritional!!!

Attention, 3 etablissements avec le meme nom, sur la meme zone. Je me suis trompee d hotel . J ai du commander un taxi, ensuite. Sinon, bon rapport qualité/prix et dame à l accueil tres gentille.

Litet trångt rum i ett sunkigt område, väldigt trångt och stenhårda sängar, det som överraskade var den goda frukosten och servicen vid frukosten. Duger som en kort övernattning men inte mer
