It was extremely dirty, with no soap, and the towels looked like doormats. It was truly traumatic staying here. It's absolutely filthy. If you're bringing children, please don't come here.

Located in Petitenget, at the intersection of Canggu and Seminyak. It's perfect if you want to visit both locations. A 20-30 minute walk to Seminyak Beach and a 20-30 minute drive to Canggu. There are many restaurants serving Indonesian cuisine nearby. It's close to a 24-hour health clinic. For a budget under Rp 500,000, this is definitely worth it. The swimming pool is clean. It's simply great.

Early check-in isn't possible. If anyone is early, ask for a refund; it's fine. It took a long time in the lobby, standing still, and it wasn't expedited. It was still 2:00. I was already tired from outside.

I ordered two rooms and both of them had hot ACs even though I had complained and been informed that the freon would be refilled, but until morning the AC was still not cold.

The room was comfortable and quite clean. I got it on the 6th floor with a great city view, close to the main road, with good amenities, and a clean bathroom. So far, my two-night stay has been comfortable.

This is a pleasant hotel, especially considering its affordable price and strategic location. It's close to popular cafes and popular shopping areas. Parking is also readily available. The hotel's amenities include a pool, which is quite comfortable, as it's protected from the hot sun, although it's not particularly large. The rooms are also quite comfortable and spacious, though some areas could use updating. Overall, for the affordable price, this hotel is very satisfying.

This time my experience was less pleasant compared to all my other times I went to Liberta. I've got a very cheap price for a twin bed setting. I was traveling alone and in need only for a place where to sleep and have a shower, but, despite the history, the care for the cleaning was disappointing: bed sheets stained, ants all around, nightstand sticky and dirty, desk and chair sticky. I didn't want to make drama and I've cleaned up myself using wet wipes and for the bedsheets I have accepted it. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom acceptable, hot water very good as always, amenities available as always and the staff in the hotel very nice as always. The basement where there's the motorcycle parking is always a horror movie scene: smell of sewage, dirt, dangerous, big cockroaches and rats roaming around anytime. Anyway, for the price I've paid, the location and the overall service, it's still good for me to go back to Liberta.

The front office was less than friendly to customers, who were charging their phones but weren't given priority. The waitresses were all friendly, and the breakfast area was good.

It's close to everywhere, even though it's an old hotel, the facilities are quite complete, I've stayed here twice.
