The shower door leaked and the shower entrance is incorrectly located on the side away from the shower control valve. Also, the tp holder is inconveniently located too far behind the toilet. The main door into the room is hard to open and keep open as you enter and leave. The shower door and main door slam shut with a loud noise. The room is exposed to street noise, which makes it difficult to sleep. You, no doubt, are aware of these conditions and expect guests to cope.

Nice people

Had a great stay. The beds could be newer and the wood frame stuck out so I hit my knee every time I walk past the foot of the bed and ended up with a really gross bruise. Breakfast options at the hotel would have been nice. Other than that we had good time.

Great staff, clean property, great/convenient location within walking distance to whiskey row and other points of interest. Short and relevant review I hope.

Love the place but angered over ridiculous fee for early arrival. If a room is ready why charge so much because i arrived an hour before check-in and had to get to a wedding? I call BS

Nice courteous and helpful staff. Room was clean and tidy. Area seemed safe.

Clean, well appointed rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A/C was painfully loud, maintenance did nothing. Shower drain was very slow, nothing like standing in 3” of water each time you shower.

The room was very clean & so comfortable! Staff were all so sweet. My friend got stuck in the elevator w/ a few other guess, but they had the fire department there fast to take care of the problem. Lol

Front desk staff was wonderful

My stay at the Hilton was really good. The room was clean, up to date, comfortable, and roomy. I did not have any issues. The fire pit was really nice although a little hot for this time of the year. But it was on the top floor.

Great property to stay at

This property was okay. It served its purpose for the trip. I would not stay here again unless some upgrades to the room and customer service are made in the near future. The room and bathrooms are a little small and could use some upgrading. Check-in was very different, no warm and fuzzy welcome or information shared about the property or area. I walked down to the Aloft where some friends were staying and their check-in experience is what I'm use to. Warm, friendly, hotel amenities explained, provided restaurant suggestions, a whole vibe. I am use to a very welcoming experience upon arrival and feeling appreciated during my stay as a customer. This location fell a little short for me.

The staff at check in and at the restaurant were great. It was very clean. We were in a room by a parking garage that was very loud at 3am which I assume when the bars closed. The next morning when we tried to leave the valet staff were late to come in which delayed our departure time.

Anngel saved the day. When I arrived in the room I was surprised to find that there was still remnants of the previous person who had stayed in the room prior to my visit. Which in turn makes me question how clean the room is. Anngel heard my complaints and soothed my concerns.
