The property was nice. Good breakfast but the omelettes need improvement. Comfortable master bed. No washclothes in bathroom. Everything else was nice.

This hotel was fine for a one night stay but i wouldn't stay here for a vacation. There's nothing around in the way of shops or restaurants and bars.

People were friendly and helpful. Room was ok except the air conditioner condenser dripped black water on my head and pillow when trying to sleep

Nice staff, great breakfast

Cristina is very professionally run. The rooms were spacious and clean and breakfast included a delicious and filling assortment. The management were so friendly an helpful. Another great feature, it is in an absolutely quiet location and far from the National Museums.

Perfect location! Accessible to everything. Great hotel and Friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant there is amazing.

Great Location, nice Staff

Everything was perfect

We were supposed to receive a welcome drink. The front desk didn’t know anything about it. We had two warm Imperial beers brought to our room. The room seemed somewhat run down. The extra appliances besides a refrigerator and microwave needed to be requested including a coffee maker.

Wonderful, comfortable stay and delicious breakfast

Breakfast is awesome! Free and huge variety of options. The pool is definitely cold and not heated despite what the website says. Very friendly staff.

One of the best places that I have stayed! Staying at the hotel is like staying w. extended family. It is small and intimate and very well run. I can honestly say that I have never had a room so well cleaned! We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was affordable & very spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfasts and kudos to the staff for their speed and attentiveness. The coffee is great & as I discovered early one morning you can get coffee 24-7. It is down a quiet cut de sac but you are a few minutes walk from La Sabana Park, restaurants & a convenience stores. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone - single. family or travelling w. friends!

Really good overall stay, staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast had a wide selection and was tasty. Restaurant attached was good with a friendly staff. Would recommend.
