Superb location in a Miss Marple chocolate box village❤️ The welcome and service re received in every area was first class🌟 The rooms are stunning. The whole hotel is well kept and tastefully decorated 👌 It is clearly much l❤️ved by the owners. Who have a dedicated and hard working team, who always put the customer first🥰 Would highly recommend eating there, the food looked stunning and tasted fab 👌 We will be back ❤️

Short stay but memorable for the right reasons. Maria and the waiting staff were excellent at all times, as were all the staff members. The food coming from the kitchen was beautifully prepared with many gluten free options. The luxury room we had the pleasure of staying in was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Great location for relaxing and enjoying the local countryside. Thank you to all the team at Caley Hall for a wonderful few days.

Great hotel , 10 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. The restaurant was outstanding, great breakfast and wonderful evening meals. The staff were all so friendly, especially in the restaurant.

Excellent one night stay in Norfolk. Lovely courtyard for a quiet drink.

Excellent clean rooms, extremely friendly staff nothing too much trouble. Hotel ambience was very relaxed, would definitely stay here again when in the area, would recommend to anyone.

Very clean and comfortable. Airy dining room with dog fri area away from other guests In restaurant. Top quality fine dining in the evening and an excellent breakfast of quality locally sourced food. Very friendly snd cheerful staff.

Caley hall is a lovely hotel, very clean and well presented with friendly helpful staff. The location is great for visiting the coast along hunstanton, kings lynn and Sandringham estate. Prices in the hotel were very reasonable and the food was really nice with a good choice of food at breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay, the staff are very attentive, friendly, attention to detail, nothing is too much trouble. The menu here is very good, changed regularly and an excellent breakfast is offered as well. The hotel is in a quiet location, with easy access to the beach, all ages are catered for at this hotel extremely well, including our four legged friends, be back soon

Two night stay in Caley. Fantastic location, brilliant friendly staff, wonderful food. Our room was excellent, recently renovated and very quiet and comfortable. The only bad thing about Caley is leaving.... but it won't be long before we return. Many thanks, John and Helena

Lovely relaxing stay as always

The Caley Hotel has a lot of history in the buildings, but the rooms are fresh and modern, with all the necessary details. We were in a room in a small courtyard away from the bar and restaurant and it was very quiet. The staff were all lovely and helpful. It would be nice to see even more of the local seafood on the menu, but the sea bass and rock bass were both very good. They seemed a tiny bit short-staffed, but everyone was clearly doing everything they could to keep things ticking over. My only tiny gripe is that I don't like the half shower doors that allow water to spray all over the bathroom no matter how hard to try not to let it, but that is a VERY minor point. I would definitely stay again if we visit North Norfolk in the future.

No water in the room. Expect that to be included for a luxury room.

Managed to book a room for an emergency stay. Room was bright, clean even if a little small, but it was the "economy" room. Disappointed that there was no bottled water in the room, (5am return to room after an horrendous night and nothing to drink available. Allegic to tea and coffee.) Would stay again.

Lovely 3 night stay. Room was big and bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I don’t think it is necessary to change towels every day

It was a pleasant experience staying at the hotel. Dinner was excellent. Enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel staffs was very polite and friendly.

Our large room had recently been refurbished and was spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. A very comfy bed and a great bathroom (walk in shower as well as full size bath. The only thing that could have improved it was decent coffee. Very friendly staff, a good dinner menu and a fantastic breakfast. Thank you everyone!

We stayed here for one night and thoroughly enjoyed it. From the welcome on reception when booking in right through to checking out in the morning every member of staff who we interacted with was friendly, attentive and welcoming. We had a delicious 2 course meal in the evening and one of the best breakfasts we have had. The buffet breakfast was top rate with amazing sausages and bacon. Plenty alof variety available to choose from with the addition of a moce continental with cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruits, toast, preserves and pastries. We were made to feel welcome and valued at all times and enjoyed the personal treatment without it being over the top. All in all a great find, and coupled with the unexpected fine weather , it made for an unforgettable experience. Thanks to everyone It was clearly evident that every member of staff took a great deal of pride in their job and they are all a credit to the establishment.
