Check in was a little confusing. You have to pick up the keys at another location and finding the door to get into the hotel was hard because the parking is located in another building near by. Overall for the price it was a good stay, very clean and quiet. Only stayed for a night but the apartment style room with dishes and cutlery makes it ideal for longer stays. Couldn’t find anything regarding using the wifi though.

The room was great for the price. Parking was in a parking garage and was free! However the add said their was air conditioning but it wasn't working in our room. Overall though the stay was good and would stay here again.

Unfortunately, my check-in experience was disappointing. The check-in location is different from the property itself, which wasn't very clear. When I called because I couldn't find anyone, the staff member responded by asking sarcastically if I hadn't seen the sign on the door. After I reached the check-in location, no one was at the reception, so I called again. When he arrived, he said, "Are you the one calling me?" and then complained that he couldn't even go to the washroom. Throughout the check-in process, he came across as intimidating and responded sarcastically whenever I asked questions. As a non-French speaker, I also felt that I was treated less respectfully, which made the experience uncomfortable. While the property itself may be fine, the customer service left a very negative first impression.

Great location in Gatineau. The place was clean and had a functional kitchen. You do need to check in at another location. It's not far, right around the corner. We never could get the wifi to work. The network didn't show up at first. I called the front desk and got an irritated individual on the line who said I should just restart my computer. Did that. Still didn't find the network. When it eventually did show up, I could connect, but didn't get internet access. We just used our phones as hotspots. Having said all that, we would use this location again, because it was inexpensive and we had good access to everything. Just a few minutes ride-share drive from all activities.

You have to go to a different place/building to check in. I was late at night so this was not convenient. As a single female also not having a front desk at the hotel was a safety feature I missed for me. I didn't like entering the building late at night with no one there. The outside hallways are gross, dirty carpets etc, but the inside rooms were as sterile as you see in the pictures. Under the sink was full of dirty recycling bottles, that sort of put me off. You can not fit a truck in the underground parking, so also an issue for me to sort out in the middle of the night in a very quiet location, so I ended up paying for street parking and navigating those times/costs to feel safe and also because I couldn't fit into the underground. So for the $20 difference in other better hotels, I would stay somewhere else next time.

Good value for its price, located not far from Ottawa downtown, can even reach on foot. The number was a hit dusty, no hair dryer and body soap.

C’était bien pour le prix, mais ça aurait pu être un peu mieux disons! Plusieurs rénos à faire, le plafond coulait dans la salle de bain et il n’y avait pas de séchoir.. par contre le lit était quand même confortable! Il nous manquait aussi une information importante lors du Check in pour le parking .. bref c’était ok!

Ça ne correspond vraiment pas aux standards d'un hotel. J'ai fait des Motels 1 étoile meilleurs que celui-là. La chambre était propre et les lits confortables. Mais tout le reste est très cheap. Beaucoup de prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas. Les rideaux sont de très bas de gamme. Les couloirs entre les chambres sont clairement dégueulasses. Je me suis senti en sécurité pour y dormir. Mais c'est clairement trop cher pour la qualité proposée.

Be prepared to carry extra keys -- for the building and then your room -- and a fob for the garage. It feels a little odd having keys after so many hotels with cards.

Very clean but the keys to get into the hotel and the key to get into our unit were both not cut very well. We were not the only ones having problems with our keys. Because the host is at another location, it is difficult for them to help in these kind of situations. I did get a cleaning lady to help us into the unit with her master key. Parking is very narrow so I wouldn't recommend coming if you have a truck.

Decent place to stay. Pretty clean, accessibility-wise quite poor (no elevator, no accessible door openers and check in is in a different building). You can see right into the hallway under the door. Not horrible, but budget friendly.

No elevator, parking convoluted, doors with keys, which is fine, if the keys work… extremely noisy, close to a neighbourhood bars and bistro’s…

The staff wasn't friendly. The fridge didn't work. However, they have a small kitchen, and something helps you cook. Check in at the other building.
