The sink was leaking. Messages for 2 rooms, given away and must go up and down the stairs 2 floors. should not move rooms. If moved closer must pay add 300 bath (Rp 140.000) Shower has long broken, just tied with rolled plastic crackle. Refrigerator leaked, out of water, so it should be placed mop so that water leaks no where to. Ac is less cold (may run out of freon). There is no inter-service to minivan station, whereas public transportation is very difficult. Use expensive taxis. Distance of 1 km ask for 200 bath (Rp 90.000)

Overall the hotel is nice and comfort to stay with. Location is a bit far from eateries area,anywhere 7-11 store is just opposite the motel and the famous plearnwan market is also located at the opposite which is just a walking distance (600m). Simple breakfast is provided at the hotel at 60 baht/pax. Taxi booking to the tourist attractions can be arrange through the hotel around 2000 baht(10am-4pm).

Noise from the road Water is very flowing. Both shower and toilet Water heater was working. Parking no need to park.

The old room is not very difficult to find. I want to update it. Good at the receptionist

Very small rooms too far, the taxi is rare. Stay overnight alone.

I like to stay home.

Clean, good service will come back again.

Older room with stale smell.

Many things are damaged before we arrive. Uncomfortable to stay there.
