Quite comfortable room and good breakfast +very friendly staff. Single bed too small but I did not have a choice when booking. Good location if you want to see nice part of Bydgoszcz in the evening. Close to Opera and touristic area.

Perfect in every way. Check in was quick, easy with excellent service. We were on the second floor and the room was a good size. The bathroom was spotless and a great size. The bed was really comfy, we had great nights sleep. We only had breakfast there once which was very good, but it's on the expensive side for Bydgoszcz. The bar area was relaxing and the roof terrace is amazing with fantastic views. Can't wait to come back.

Having the sauna was a fabulous feature after a day of sightseeing and due to the time of year we visited it was much needed to warm us up! Lovely central hotel and would definitely stay again. We added breakfast on arrival after reading positive reviews and we were not disappointed. It had a lovely bar area and because I was an Accor member we was entitled to a free drink!

Was a lovely room, only negative is that the elevator has to be fixed so had to use other one. On a whole was a lovely stay will definitely be back. Would like bacon at breakfast.

Large room, comfortable,warm, plenty of hot water. Not a great view of a very uninspiring inner courtyard. Staff were excellent, very helpful and with a smile on their faces. A lot of trainee staff but service still excellent and good to see that young people want to work in the hospitality industry

Friendly people and staff

Front desk staff was very friendly. The bar up front and the lounge next to it had a cool vibe. The gym was surprisingly well appointed considering the small size of the hotel. The main road out front is very busy. Call the hotel ahead of time and ask where and how to pull into the hotel's parking, otherwise access and parking is challenging. It will cost, but is worth it.

Accor hotels can be a bit of hit and miss, this one unfortunately one of the latter type. But where do I start? Reception staff at check in was a bit too cool for school (but remainder was all nice). The room was oldish, carpet rather used. The hall way also had this old stainy/smelly carpet. I found there was a not so nice smell in my room, I suspect it was a smokers room in the old days. I‘ve let reception know the next day and they said they‘ll have cleaning look into it. When it got back that that it smelled better, but after a day or so the smell came back. I was airing like I never have in a hotel. The safe also did not work, and I told staff next morning, who was going to send someone. I wasn’t contacted so when I got back in the evening, I assumed it was fixed but it wasn’t. When I asked reception the next day about it, I was told they had looked into and that it works I would just have to type six digits. The instruction on the safe said 3-6 digits. Duh. There were three hairs in the shower, which did not leave me with a feeling of much cleanliness. I also had to ask reception about where the sauna is, as there was no signage. As I did that on the first day, I was informed I’d have to let them know 30 min in advance so they can turn on the sauna (I mean, who wants to have to do that in the first place…). So when I came home on my last night I asked for the sauna, and reception informed me the earliest I could use it would be 9pm!!! Because it was booked out by others

Nice hotel but the service wasn’t great. I was there on a working trip, my room was the far side of the hotel which the wifi did not reach. When I asked to move, I was told that was not possible. This made working difficult from the lobby.

I thought it was fantastic, staff were very friendly too.

Great hotel to stay if you are traveling solo or with family to Bydgoszcz. The staff is very friendly and the hotel in general has a nice ambience. It is clean and well located. Parking is paid but it is available on site.

Everything was fine. Room could be a little bit better noise protected from outside sounds.
