Fantastic service, location and accommodations.

Great property in general, friendly staff and a very comfortable stay. The pool was on maintenance while I was there, so didn't really get to use it, but also wished they had a hot tub instead of 3 pools. The steam while a great concept didn't work either. I liked the fact that it was a 15mins walk from one of my favourite beach Conceicao where you can spend time watching the sunset there. Given the fact that there is supposed to be 'no plastic' and eco-friendly, I would just recommend to have a water refill station for self service instead of needing to get someone to do it, they were always willing and happy to assist but this would save some time to have a drinking water refill station.

The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is amazing. The dinner is meh. I couldn't understand why there was such a radical difference. However, the service could be better for the prices they charge. There is no one coming around the pool with mid-afternoon treats. There are no extras. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned each day. The hotel is centrally located and near the best beach.

I really can’t say enough good things about this hotel. For one of the more reasonably priced properties in FDN our stay was completely magical. The staff was amazing, great breakfast, great location.

The hotel is very comfortable, the food is great. My kids have some food allergies and everyone was very understanding and acommodating. The only issue we had was at checkout. The very friendly woman wanted to charge me for a beach towel they couldn’t find in the room. Thank God Karina (sweetest front desk EVER, with the best the recomendations!!!) remembered we gave them the towel to dry and they never gave it back to us.... we’ve traveled the world and stayed at amazing hotels... never once was I accused of taking/losing/missing a towel before.... other than that, the place is great. I’d go back....

Very nice pousada. clean. pool is very nice to have. good food. rooms a little small. wifi not great in some rooms, but can easily walk to the veranda or pool area for better signal. front desk staff very helpful.

Our room at Dolphin Hotel was recently upgraded and was nicely appointed, modern and clean. The hotel is run by a very friendly family and the wife speaks good English and was very informative. The wait staff was very helpful and my two year old came to enjoy seeing our cheery waitress every morning who made her breakfast special. On our first night we got stuck down at Conceicao Beach as we had not yet rented a car and the owner of the hotel saw us and was kind enough to bring us back to the hotel. The food was good and I had no issues, compared to other restaurants that I ate at on the island.
