Easy and fast check-in. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. Excellent location across from popular shopping mall with dining, shopping, and night life options.

It is not 5 star, but with a short walk you can get to a huge mall.

Cons:Carpet has seen its best years. Shower floor is quite slippery. TV remote did not work properly. Location, not hotel's fault. It is what it is Pros: Efficient check in and check out. Excellent service by all hotel personnel. Hot water with outstanding pressure.

I like the price and the location. The walking distance to the Plaza Satellite shopping mall give you a lot of options to walk outside if the weather allows and plenty of options to dinner and shop within any type of budget.

Little bit noisy the hotel is next to a busy freeway however the service and attention was great. Across the freeway is a huge and beautiful shopping mall.

Across the street from Plaza Satélite, parking is Valet Parking and a bit inconvenient, but that's almost the norm around Mexico City, place is clean and well kept, has a nice rooftop bar, and included Breakfast is pretty good! Staff is friendly and helpful. Wiil stay there again for sure!

The breakfast staff was very helpful. I think not whish they were not so limited on the food.

Nuestra estancia fue MUY placentera gracias al buen servicio de todo el staff. Iniciando con las personas de recepción Ma. José y Meztli. Pero en realidad fue muy impresionante cómo todos y cada uno de los empleados nos atendieron con un servicio que es dificil encontrar. Chofer, limpieza, cocina, qué buen trabajo. Hotel muy cómodo, desayuno de calidad y con variedad, todas las áreas sencillas pero extremadamente lumpias y agradables. Muchos restautantes alrededor y dos centeos comerciales.

Hotel is in a nice quiet area of satélite, conveniently located right in front of a mayor shopping center just about a 3 block walk. There plenty of food options too

It's located conveniently by Plaza Satelite. You can walk through a tunnel with food vendors to get there (daylight); don't do it at night since that's generally a bad idea in any city of this size. Breakfast included, it was good. The cappuccinos are decent, the valet parking is very affordable, and the Oxxo (convenience store) on the first floor of the building is very convenient. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, especially if you go to Plaza Satelite. Staff were nice, it was a great value.

Las camas muy cómodas. En general muy recomendable para una visita muy rápida y solo dormir y trabajar ahi. Lo que sí es muy malo es el desayuno incluido . Esta muy básico y no esta muy rico . Todo lo demás es una buena opción de alojamiento. Solo no salir de noche caminando por el area . Hay un Oxxo abajo y un Pizza Hut que hacen muy conveniente la ubicación. Pero no muy recomendable confiarse de noche en la zona. Gracias
