The service is very good and very friendly.

It's time for the owner to renovate this hotel. The window handles are nearly falling off, the sheets and walls are stained, and the floors are worn. Some rooms are dark because they don't allow light in and the windows face inward. The pool water is dirty and dark.

The room wasn't bright enough for me. I've checked in frequently in Bandung, and now I've only found one that's less comfortable. Even my requests weren't met; I wanted a nice view, but instead I got a view of the inside of the hotel, haha.

Great, okay if the price is like that in the Dago area.

I stayed in a type 2 room. Upon entering, there was still dust around the displays, and the room wasn't particularly spacious. Access to the hotel was easy, but perhaps the parking lot wasn't spacious enough. Even when all electronics were turned off, the sound of traffic outside could still be heard slightly.

The price is actually commensurate with the quality and size of the room, but I didn't like the bathroom being so close to the wall and the fact that the housekeeping staff left the mop and broom right in the hallway. Other than that, the location is great, and the staff is quite helpful.

My previous experiences here were fine. But yesterday, I happened to be on the first floor, and there was a lot of noise from people hammering nails, as if someone was working. It was very disturbing.

Let the picture say it all. It's really a no no no. The communication between FO and HK is very uncommunicative. There was an item left behind, when asked for the first time, the answer was no, until they insisted there wasn't one. Once after going up to room 1 to 1 again, when it happened to be the same party, whether it was FO or HK, they said that the item was in front of them, already in plastic and labeled with the room number. Even though the other room had been upgraded because the room smelled of armpits, I swear it really smelled, but still, no.

The room was poorly maintained, with many stains and flaws. Initially, I was given a smelly room due to leaking floors, and ended up having to move. The parking lot was also cramped. Checking out later than half past one resulted in an extra charge. The only plus points were the strategic location and spacious room, otherwise, everything was lacking 🙏🏻

The staff and location are good, but the parking is very inadequate, and the room doesn't meet expectations. It's too small for this price. The toilet is very cramped, with the front left corner facing a wall. The hotel owner seems to have been too pushy with the extra space.

The location is actually strategic and typical of an artsy hotel. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Each floor has a dispenser for refilling drinks. There is a prayer room on the 3rd floor, the room layout is quite narrow for the deluxe type. The only downside is that cleanliness needs to be maintained. The bed sheets have stains, the towels are also yellowing, and the queen bed is actually a combination of single beds, so sleeping in the middle of the sinkhole. And the swimming pool is also full of leaf litter. The only plus is that there are several cafes and eateries nearby. So it's still worth it so far.

Strategic location, easy to get around. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. The surrounding area is complete with everything from minimarkets to street food stalls. The lighting needs to be brighter, especially in the bathroom (replace with white lights).

The old towels and bed sheets were yellow and had blood stains, the cupboard and bedside table were dusty as if they hadn't been cleaned and some of the bathroom was damaged.

beyond expectations, when booking happened to get an expensive price when there was no promo. I thought that with a fairly expensive price the hotel was according to my thoughts, but other people's assessments were different, it was cute there was an elevator but it was very small, only fit 2 people, if the location was good, close to everywhere and on the roadside. for me not yet..sorry..
