Everyone was great from bellboy to manager. They always listen to you and try to make your experience better. Abdulrahman the receptionist was very helpful and great to deal with.

Staff was very polite and friendly. We took the half board option, breakfast and dinner menus were dry generous, included many choices and the food was very fresh and tested good The swimming pools and beach are very well maintained and the whole landscaping is beautiful Will definitely plan another trip very soon

Went with my autistic son. Staff were very accommodating to him and made the stay very pleasant. We loved every day of us being there. The staff are absolutely fantastic. The main restaurant staff were fantastic. My son eats a specific type of rice which we bought with us and every day they would warm it up for us and have it ready for him. Place is very clean and peaceful. We had an all inclusive package. The sea view could have been better as there wasn’t much sea we could see from our room. The bellboy Ashraf was amazing. All the other staff in restaurant and the Asian restaurant were amazing. The gentleman cleaning our room every day did a fantastic job. Egypt is a tricky one. The cab drivers and shops always try to rip you off but staying at this hotel the staff were some of the best people I have met. All in all I will go here again and again and again. Very happy with our experience. Thank you Baron Paalce you made our stay magical.

Confusing design very hard to find your way around resort. No logical direct paths to almost all locations. Food was average and many cases dry and not very tasteful. Purchased club level yet many items were only available for extra cost. Staff was overworked and short handed.

Great hotel

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. the customer service and the beauty of this hotel cannot be matched. From the moment we arrived until we left, there was nothing that was overlooked. staff extremely helpful and attentive, room was spectacular. the swim up suites are beyond luxurious. the choice of restaurants were great, and the food was wonderful. Really enjoyed the adults only areas provided.

The workers are not happy and it shows in their attitude with guests. The place has too many rules and overpriced!

It is the best hotel at Sahel hashes

Place is marvelous , staff are friendly, food is delicious. But No shower at beach, no water or juice at dinner, no night entertainments or shows. Transportation fees arranged by hotel is very expensive and exaggerated

Stunning property, great views, perfect balcony, and I really loved the complete adult area that included an adult pool, adult beach, and adult rooms.

We had an amazing experience in Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh. The hotel is spotless and very well maintained. Staff and super nice and polite, amenities and sports options were great and food was so delicious and the presentation of it was so classy. I would definitely recommend the Baron and would love to go back again, hopefully soon!

Friendly & Polite staff

Baron Palace is a beautiful hotel. It’s extremely clean and luxurious. Staff are very professional and very attentive to guest needs. The food at the restaurants could be better for the price, but it’s not bad. I wish Sahl Hashish had a little more night life, but other than that, it was an excellent experience!
