Location is convenient but property is old and noisy, one night only.

We enjoyed our stay, facility was clean, customer friendly, made to order breakfast at 4:30 AM before we go to Machu Picchu. I will recommend this hotel.

Well appointed rooms in good location, albeit a noisy one - right on top of the train station. Good breakfast. Have a secure storage for the luggage.

Easy to get to and find from train station. Hot water. Breakfast simple but nice and plenty of food. Luggage storage is brilliant. You may have 5 or 6 flights of stairs to walk up so be prepared for that. Other then that nice and clean and nice place to stay

The hotel it's ok, beds are comfortable, bathroom it's small, but clean, our room was facing the front, the views were stunning.

Ok for one night and we were able check into our room early. Reviews refer to mountain views but there are no external views from some rooms like the one we got. Not really a problem if you only plan to sleep there. Breakfast average

We stayed 3 nights and have no complaints. Water pressure and temperture were great. Front desk assistance and staff were alwaya there when needed. No train noise and room was cleaned every day

The hotel is in a great location. Very close to the train station and to the bus stop to Macchu Picchu. The room was very clean and their complimentary breakfast is amazing! The double edged sword is that they are close to the train station so the area is very loud. The trains stop around 11pm so if you have to get up early and you are a light sleeper it could be a problem. This is not the hotels fault but its something that is worth considering if you want to stay here.

This hotel was a comfortable stay just steps away from the train station. The condition of the hotel is a bit old, but most things are functioning properly. Nice shower, comfortable beds. No elevator to the fifth floor though. Location was very close to all the restaurants and shops, which is a plus.

The other reviews said the hotel was noisy. We found it to be okay even though we were in the front by the tracks.

We had a nice stay in a very convenient location for us to go on and off the train It worked for us like a charm! The shower was one of the greatest that we had travelling in all Peru!

Very convenient and close to buses to Machu Picchu. Many eateries nearby. Very nice hotel.

Noisy location by the train, but it is bad in the hotel when you hear them move a chair on the main level and you are on the 4th. Internet connection sucks. Breakfast - nothing but cold eggs, old fruit and they don't have a simple item like toast.
