Location is near Sam's Club and other shopping plazas, but nice and quiet, being on the outskirts of town. Good location.

Property management really rude!!!! He wanted to charge a lot of money for a 2 dam remote controllers that were supposed be missing They end up finding the controllers in the room..... He even treated to call the cops on us😡😡😡

The ladies at the front desk weren't nice, rooms were pretty nice and the hotel is new and clean, they just have to change the two receptionists that work in the day,

Hotel is in Great condición. Service was excellent. The only drawback is it is a few miles from town.

Great value on a budget. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Quick check-in and check-out. I gave 4 stars because the rooms smelled like fresh paint but on the other hand they are well kept.

The room is always clean and all the necessities that you need is available.

I like the hotel and the restaurant but the personal at the front desk should be more smiling and at the restaurant it should be more than two people to serve and cooking beacuse there was just one to serve and one for cooking!

New budget hotel with good facilities. This hotel is between outside San Juan del Rio towards Tequisquiapan. Not ideal if you are looking to be in either one of these towns. Nevertheless, if you have a car can reach either town eaily and quickly. Good price for the hotel facilities as prices in Tequisquiapan are more expensive but distance to Tequisquiapan may be a drawback.
