Booked a junior twin room, and the room was incredibly spacious. The amenities are comparable to a 4-star hotel. The bathroom has a hairdryer, a separate toilet and shower, hot water, and a spacious bathroom with seating. Plus, the TV is connected to streaming services (Netflix, etc.). It's no wonder you feel at home here, given its affordability and comprehensive amenities.

The hotel staff is friendly, drinking water can be refilled so there is not much plastic.

The location is very close to Jalan Ijen, in front of it there is a restaurant, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable.

Room and facilities are clean. Just the daytime reception staff should be trained in customer service. She came at us a bit aggressively when we asked to change rooms due to the aircon noise. She started shouting about how it's the restaurant at the back making noises. 1. We didn't hear any noise from the restaurant during our 2-night stay and 2. If there are noises from neighboring houses, they should improve their sound insulation instead of shouting about people celebrating, which is what people go to restaurants for.

The location is in a calm area and close to restaurants, even a very short distance to Starbucks and 24 hours Burger King. Cozy Guest House is my go to place in Malang always. Keep it up!
