Older property, but the hotel staff was very helpful and the hot spring pool was awesome! Overall, I would definitely recommend.

This is the place we come for last two years and nice people and good service.

The bed sheet was not clean. There was a dead cockroach on the floor which looks disgusting.

Nice getaway hot spring. Enjoy the good and relax outdoor and in room hot springs. The staffs are great and even prepared a really good morning breakfast for take away since I needed to leave early.

Very nice hot spring hotel, with clean room and hot spring shower and tub. The large public hot spring pool was equipped with several high pressure water jets for massaging function.

The hot spring pool was fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide range of varieties and quality of the complimentary breakfast. Will definitely go back next time!

Locally sourced ingredients for breakfast, super helpful staff, free bike rental and some nibbles in the afternoon. Rooms are clean and in good condition.

This hotel has pretty good quality with an affordable price. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a budget trip!

All staffs are polite and helpful to guests. Ample space for car parking. Price is reasonable.

This is a great hotel to stay.

Check in was fast and cordial, the room clean and adequate size. Went to the spa in the afternoon, nice dinner at the hotel restaurant. All went well up to the point when Chinese tourist arrived. It got very loud, people smoking in non-smoking areas, no respect to others at all. Hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful and tried to control as much as the could the situation. One word of advise, avoid Chinese tourist groups, the will spoil your holiday in Taiwan.

We traveled round island as a family of 2 adults and 3 children. The location of the hotel is just a little bit difficult to find. A bit of u turn using Waze maybe due to road construction. The hotel's own hot spring is superb. The buffet breakfast is superb too. The staff are courteous. Hope to return some day around June to September for the hot air balloon festival.

很休閒的地方，員工很親切。 客房很整潔，但房間的浴缸比較小，所以這次我們都在露天Spa池泡湯。有些按摩噴水故障，好在人不多，可以使用沒壞的，不影響。 在餐廳付費使用晚餐，每人近五百元的中式合菜，但是我覺得只有一半菜色好吃，另一半還不如我自己做的家常菜。

房間很大很舒服，服務人員也親切，4人房型，有浴缸，自己房間也可以泡溫泉，早餐雖然種類不多，但以價位來說CP值很高!
