Close to the station and Paskal 23. The hotel is comfortable and close to everywhere.

The staff was less than responsive. When we got out of the vehicle with a lot of luggage, no one helped us, even though I came with my child.

My first stay here was a bit disappointing. The room wasn't soundproof, and even when I was trying to rest, I could hear children running around at night.

The location is right in front of the park, so if you want to play, just cross over..

The Wi-Fi is not smooth, the chlorine in the swimming pool is very pungent.

I've stayed at Elcavana three times. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's also centrally located, making transportation very easy. Walking from the station is quite affordable. If you want to cross the street, there's Pascal Mall, which is incredibly convenient. There's a swimming pool, jacuzzi, cold water pool (a must-try), sauna, steam room, massage chairs, and a children's playground. Definitely try staying here. The gym is also spacious.

Our bathroom can't lock properly because the door has a gap problem, and the ventilation is also not really good.

The location is close to Paskal Hypersquare (just cross the street from the hotel), the restaurant on the rooftop has a nice view while having breakfast and you can also sunbathe in the morning sun, only the car parking is limited because it is combined with the ballroom parking which can be used for wedding events, there is a spa and karaoke which is also open to the public.

Good hotel, good service, overall I like the hotel and its service, the only thing lacking is the parking, many parking areas are reserved by VIPs, I am a commoner hotel guest so it is difficult to find parking.

I am happy with the smell of the hotel room, please maintain the elevator... The facilities too.
