They didn't accept us

Hice mi reservación en la app y el dueño del hotel no la respetó, alegando que a él no le notificaron y además que no tenía la habitación disponible, aún cuando tenía mi comprobante en la mano. No recibí ningún reembolso, se quedó con mi dinero. La peor experiencia. Muy grosero el señor.

The hotel needs the vest money on properly equipping the rooms, in order to promite their prperty with known partners such as Expedia.

Quiet residential area hotel. Kind of hidden. Great staff. Good for a night or 2 stay.

Worst Hotel stay in my life, the facilities are clandestine, there is no lobby service on SUNDAYS...yeah SUNDAYS and during the week their lobby is close early in the day so good luck trying to check out early in the day... they will keep your 200.00 deposit and not reply your emails... stay clear of this place and pay a little more for the necessities of lobby service.

What do I have to share? When I couldn't even get a chance to stay at the hotel becos they weren't open on Sunday but they accepted my reservation "for Sunday" I started calling them since I received my confirmation email from Expedia , no one ever answered the phone or respond to my messages for 3 or 4days before my scheduled date. Atleast if someone responded , they would have informed me they are not opened on Sundays and I would have made other arrangements with Expedia. I arrived there and was stranded, in a strange place , strange city and I don't even understand or speak so much of Spanish , where do I go? You can imagine. I suggest Expedia remove this Hotel from their list, I read reviews from other customers too and I never knew I would be a victim . Mshewwt I'm so so update

The worst people on front desk, without any sense of attention.

I arrived at 8:45 pm and Reception was locked, nobody around. I rang the night bell and after 30 minutes, an old man told me the lady had to leave and would be back in 1 hr. I left, came back the next day, my reservation was there but they gave a mini room, barely enough to have a twin bed and a night stand with an old TV, no phone, the shower stall was miniature and the running water had almost no pressure. Since I only needed the room to sleep and bathe, I stayed. Second night I found a sizable roach roaming the room and almost every night, there were noises in the corridor, like people going in and out all night.

The staff was real helpful with getting us checked in early and just being nice people overall. Had a real good time

You need to get there very early to find the front desk staff, if you arrive to check in after 10:00 there is no one to help you and you stay outside in the street because there is no one to open the front entrance. The pillows were terrlible and the bedcover with hair!! Terrible. I think it is expensive for what they offer.

Le falta colchones ya que se sienten resortes un poco incómodos.

No tenían registrado mi reservación y una atención muy limitada de información, ya me habían dicho que no podía hospedarme

Bastante tranquilo y calmada Psdt. Falta un poco de ventilación

No tiene potencia suficiente el agua, esta fría. Instalación hidráulica deficiente, cucharacha.No hay ventilador y ventana abatible sin un pedazo. Colchon incomodo y viejo.
