Clean room and property. A little loud at certain times but that was because we were near the elevator/kids were there

Very nice room. Good stafff.

The bed was hard as rock. Our room was on the second floor, window was under the canopy so at night it lights up. With curtains drawn the room was lit up. Those maintaining the breakfast food couldn’t keep up, and there were very few people there. Won’t be going back.

In town for a wedding. Perfect location! Nice room at a great price!

The Holiday Inn Express in Davenport was great, and their pet friendliness came through as they welcomed our dog and gave me a dog biscuit to give to her when I arrived. The staff in the morning took time to make decaf coffee for me when I asked. Very nice.

This property was clean ready for me to check in nice room. Nice pool me and my son had a ball in the pool. There was a receptionist name Tanya. She was the best like she helped me with everything. She made sure, I had everything I needed. I forgot a couple of things she made sure that I got it like a toothbrush I needed a can open. She opened it for me. She was just so good. She helped me get checked in my reservation was messed up, but she still got me in there and it was good.

Brandon, the gentleman that stocked and cooked breakfast was phenomenal! The food was hot, well-stocked at all times and the dining area was spotless! Kudos to Brandon.

Clean and comfortably Pet friendly

Here for a sporting event. Room was spacious and fit our need. Price was a bit high since the property was dated. Carpet could use a makeover. Shower was very spacious. The staff were great. Breakfast had great options. Mattress was a bit firm, but overall the hotel room was very clean.

It was not so good and the staff was rude and the place was not clean. The cards to get into the hotel and the room was not working so I was getting locked out of the room and hotel at night. The staff were rude when I was trying to get another card the hotel is not updated at all. I would never stay there again.

The staff here is absolutely top-notch—friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The breakfast was also really good, a great way to start the day. While our room could have used a bit more attention to detail (some dust, a slow-draining sink, and a leaky window during a thunderstorm), these felt more like general maintenance issues rather than a reflection on the staff. Despite those minor hiccups, we had a great experience overall and would definitely stay here again. The excellent service more than made up for the small issues.

Pool was a perfect temperature.

The hotel receptionist made fresh coffee for us when we arrived mid afternoon. And very good coffee too! The breakfast had really good bacon!

The front desk was fantastic! Very helpful in booking an additional room for us. The breakfast area was clean and food good.
