The hot water doesn't work when taking a shower in the morning when it's very cold, I'm a bit hesitant to take a shower because the cold goes into my bones, there's no tissue, there's only 1 plug in the room and it's difficult to make coffee, it has to be put under the floor, there's no tissue in the room, only 1 toothpaste is given, not enough for 2 people for the night and in the morning, it's not enough, unlike most other hotels, with me paying more than 600, it's not like the usual hotels that are already very good in Jakarta, the breakfast is salty, when I get to the room, I'm greeted with a dirty floor, breakfast is delivered to the room, with only 2 fried rice for 2 people, 1 cracker and 1 watermelon, while for 2 people there is no milk or hot tea, and there is no request for what menu they want,,

Highly recommended... I've stayed there before but in a different room... and as a result, it's close if you want to look for dinner.

The building is old so it gives the impression of being unkempt and quiet even though the rooms are quite large and have a bathtub.

Booked a 3 bedroom cottage, only got 1 bathroom, the lights went out twice there and the next day the water was turned off. Plus the swimming pool is okay

The staff is okay, friendly, the place is also nice, it's not too high, so you don't have to get stuck in traffic when you get home. Overall, if you bring your family, it's okay, you don't have to walk extra far, if you bring a vehicle you can park in front of the room.

Mohon maaf sebelumnya. Saya ambil yang cotage dengan 3 kamar, tapi mas masuk lantai berasa kotor karena lama ga ditempati mungkin, tv gambar ga jelas, sprei ada yang tidak diganti seperti kena noda darah yang abis dilap kl ga salah, handuk berasa masih ada yang basah dan cuma dilipat, ga ada teh/gula sachet padahal lumayan mahal kamar 1.3jtan loh. Mungkin diperhatikan lagi pelayanannya. Trimakasih.

Hotel on the side of the road towards Puncak, nice room with bathtub, clean swimming pool and children's play area, canteen for snacks while the children are swimming. It's just a shame that there is no coffee/tea provided in the room, only an ice kettle.

The toilet cannot be flushed or pressed, the room's AC is leaking so it is not cold and there is flooding on the floor, the room door is also difficult to open.

My children enjoyed the Swimming pool Very Much. We Like the spiral Water boom and the water of the pool clean.

Sangat recomen lah 2 malam di sini terutama kolam renang nya yang cukup bersih dan terawat. Target utama soalnnya karena biar anak happy.

Satu-satunya yang jadi nilai plus di sini hanyalah kolam renang yang luas dan lokasinya. Namun untuk pelayanan dan juga objek hotelnya sendiri nggak banget! Hotel dengan bangunan lama dan sepertinya efek covid jadi sangat tidak terawat. Lebih mirip gedung kosong. Namun sepertinya masih banyak yang mau mampir demi ajak anak-anak berenang. 1. Karyawan sangat kurang. 2. Remote TV rusak. 2. Remote AC mati. 3. Lantai kotor dan berdebu, saya sampe pinjam sapu untuk membersihkan sendiri. 4. Saya menginap di cottage tipe B. Dari depan sampe dalam kotor dan debu. 5. Masuk receptions kesannya kayak masuk ke pool bus. Bau dan kotor. 6. Kasur dan selimut ber debu, entah berapa x saya bersin. 7. Seluruh ruangan, kamar, meja, kotor berdebu.

Nyaman dan gak jauh dari keramaian.
