Very disappointing. I arrived quite early and simply inquired about the possibility of waiting on the waiting list or having to process the administrative process earlier so I could just pick up the key at check-in. However, the receptionist refused without any solution, even leaving us while we were still talking. Her attitude was very unprofessional and made guests feel unappreciated.
When I entered the room, the condition was even worse. There were hairs on the bed, the cleanliness was poor, and there was even mold in some areas. This is not a standard for a decent hotel.
At first, I thought the bad reviews circulating online might be exaggerated, but it turned out to be true.
